  1. وَمِنَاور سے
  2. الْاَعْرَابِاعراب میں (سے) ۔ ان بدویوں میں سے
  3. مَنْکوئی وہ ہے
  4. یَّتَّخِذُجو سمجھتا ہے۔ بنا لیتا ہے
  5. مَاجو
  6. یُنْفِقُوہ خرچ کرتا ہے
  7. مَغْرَمًاجرمانہ۔ تاوان
  8. وَّیَتَرَبَّصُاور انتظار کرتا ہے
  9. بِكُمُتمہارے بارے میں
  10. الدَّوَآىِٕرَ ؕمصائب کا
  11. عَلَیْهِمْان پر ہے
  12. دَآىِٕرَةُمصیبت۔ گردش
  13. السَّوْءِ ؕبری
  14. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ تعالیٰ
  15. سَمِیْعٌسننے والا ہے
  16. عَلِیْمٌجاننے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ان میں ایسے ایسے لوگ موجود ہیں جو راہِ خدا میں کچھ خرچ کرتے ہیں تو اسے اپنے اوپر زبر دستی کی چٹّی سمجھتے ہیں1 اور تمہارے حق میں زمانہ کی گردشوں کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں ( کہ تم کسی چکر میں پھنسو تو وہ اپنی گردن سے اس نظام کی اطاعت کا قلادہ اُتار پھینکیں جس میں تم نے انہیں کَس دیا ہے)۔ حالانکہ بدی کا چکر خود انہی پر مسلّط ہے اور اللہ سب کچھ سُنتا اور جانتا ہے

  1. مطلب یہ ہےکہ جو زکوٰۃ ان سے وصول کی جاتی ہے اسے یہ ایک جرمانہ سمجھتے ہیں۔ مسافروں کی ضیافت و مہمانداری کا جو حق ان پر عائد کیا گیا ہے وہ اُن کی بُری طرح کھَلتا ہے۔ اور اگر کسی جنگ کے موقع پر یہ کوئی چندہ دیتے ہیں تو اپنے دلی جذبہ سے رضائے الہٰی کی خاطر نہیں دینے بلکہ بادلِ ناخواستہ اپنی وفاداری کا یقین دلانے کے لیے دیتے ہیں۔
