- وَمِنَاور سے
- الْاَعْرَابِاعراب میں (سے) ۔ ان بدویوں میں سے
- مَنْکوئی وہ ہے
- یَّتَّخِذُجو سمجھتا ہے۔ بنا لیتا ہے
- مَاجو
- یُنْفِقُوہ خرچ کرتا ہے
- مَغْرَمًاجرمانہ۔ تاوان
- وَّیَتَرَبَّصُاور انتظار کرتا ہے
- بِكُمُتمہارے بارے میں
- الدَّوَآىِٕرَ ؕمصائب کا
- عَلَیْهِمْان پر ہے
- دَآىِٕرَةُمصیبت۔ گردش
- السَّوْءِ ؕبری

اور ان بدوؤں میں ایسے لوگ بھی ہیں کہ جو کچھ انہیں خرچ کرنا پڑتا ہے اسے وہ تاوان سمجھتے ہیں) اور وہ منتظر ہیں تم لوگوں پر کسی گردش زمانہ کے (اصل میں) بری گردش خود ان کے اوپر مسلط ہے۔ اور اللہ سب کچھ سننے والا جاننے والا ہے

Commentary
آیت 98 وَمِنَ الْاَعْرَابِ مَنْ یَّتَّخِذُ مَا یُنْفِقُ مَغْرَمًا یعنی زکوٰۃ ‘ عشر وغیرہ کی ادائیگی جو اسلامی نظام حکومت کے تحت ان پر عائد ہوئی ہے یہ لوگ اس کو تاوان سمجھتے ہوئے بڑی ناگواری سے ادا کرتے ہیں ‘ اس لیے کہ اس سے پہلے اس علاقے میں نہ تو کوئی ایسا نظام تھا اور نہ ہی یہ لوگ محصولات وغیرہ ادا کرنے کے عادی تھے۔ وَّیَتَرَبَّصُ بِکُمُ الدَّوَآءِرَط یہ لوگ بڑی بےصبری سے انتظار کر رہے ہیں کہ گردش زمانہ کے باعث مسلمانوں کے خلاف کچھ ایسے حالات پیدا ہوجائیں جن سے مدینہ کی یہ اسلامی حکومت ختم ہوجائے اور وہ ان پابندیوں سے آزاد ہوجائیں۔عَلَیْہِمْ دَآءِرَۃُ السَّوْءِط وَاللّٰہُ سَمِیْعٌ عَلِیْمٌ ان کی منافقت جو ان کے دلوں کا روگ بن چکی ہے ‘ وہی اصل برائی ہے جو ان پر مسلط ہے۔
