- لَّاۤنہیں
- اَمْلِكُمیں مالک
- لِنَفْسِیْاپنے نفس کے لیے
- نَفْعًاکسی نفع کا
- وَّلَااور نہ
- ضَرًّاکسی نقصان کا
- اِلَّامگر
- مَاجو
- شَآءَچاہے
- اللّٰهُ ؕاللہ
- وَلَوْاور اگر
- كُنْتُہوتا میں
- اَعْلَمُجانتا
- الْغَیْبَغیب کو
- لَاسْتَكْثَرْتُالبتہ میں جمع کرلیتا۔ کثرت سے حاصل کرلیتا
- مِنَمیں سے
- الْخَیْرِ ۛۖۚبھلائی
- وَمَااور نہ
- مَسَّنِیَچھوتی مجھ کو
- السُّوْٓءُ ۛۚکوئی تکلیف
- اِنْمگر

- نَذِیْرٌڈرانے والا
- وَّبَشِیْرٌاور خوشخبری دینے والا
- لِّقَوْمٍاس قوم کے لیے

کہہ دیجیے کہ مجھے کوئی اختیار نہیں ہے اپنی جان کے بارے میں بھی کسی نفع کا اور نہ کسی نقصان کا سوائے اس کے جو اللہ چاہے نہیں ہوں میں مگر بشارت دینے والا اور خبردار کرنے والا ان لوگوں کے لیے جو ایمان والے ہوں

Commentary
آیت 188 قُلْ لآَّ اَمْلِکُ لِنَفْسِیْ نَفْعًا وَّلاَ ضَرًّا الاَّ مَا شَآء اللّٰہُ ط۔ آپ ﷺ انہیں بتائیں کہ میرے پاس علم غیب نہیں ہے۔ جیسا کہ سورة الانعام کی آیت 50 میں فرمایا گیا کہ اے نبی ﷺ کہہ دیجیے کہ میں نہ تم سے یہ کہتا ہوں کہ اللہ کے خزانے میرے قبضۂ قدرت میں ہیں ‘ نہ میں علم غیب جانتا ہوں اور نہ میں یہ کہتا ہوں کہ میں فرشتہ ہوں۔ وَلَوْ کُنْتُ اَعْلَمُ الْغَیْبَ لاَسْتَکْثَرْتُ مِنَ الْخَیْرِج وَمَا مَسَّنِیَ السُّوْٓءُ ج اور اگر مجھے علم غیب حاصل ہوتا تو میں بہت سا خیر جمع کرلیتا اور مجھے کبھی کوئی تکلیف نہ آتی۔
