- یَسْـَٔلُوْنَكَوہ پوچھتے ہیں آپ سے
- عَنِبارے میں
- السَّاعَةِقیامت کے
- اَیَّانَکب ہے
- مُرْسٰىهَا ؕٹھہرنا اس کا
- قُلْکہہ دیجیے
- اِنَّمَابیشک
- عِلْمُهَاعلم اس کا
- عِنْدَپاس ہے
- رَبِّیْ ۚمیرے رب کے
- لَانہ
- یُجَلِّیْهَاظاہر کرے گا اس کو
- لِوَقْتِهَاۤاس کے وقت پر
- اِلَّامگر
- هُوَ ؔؕۘوہی
- ثَقُلَتْبھاری ہوگا
- فِیمیں
- السَّمٰوٰتِآسمانوں
- وَالْاَرْضِ ؕاور زمین میں
- لَانہیں
- تَاْتِیْكُمْآئے گی تمہارے پاس

- بَغْتَةً ؕاچانک

- حَفِیٌّباخبر ہیں

Translation and commentary
Bayan-ul-Quran
(اے نبی ﷺ یہ آپ سے قیامت کے بارے میں پوچھتے ہیں کہ اس کا وقوع کب ہوگا ؟ آپ کہیے کہ اس کا علم تو میرے رب ہی کے پاس ہے وہی ظاہر کرے گا اسے اس کے وقت پر وہ آسمانوں اور زمین کے اندر بڑا بھاری بوجھ ہے وہ نہیں آئے گی تم پر مگر اچانک (اے نبی ﷺ آپ سے تو یہ اس طرح پوچھتے ہیں گویا آپ اس کی کھوج میں لگے ہوئے ہیں آپ کہہ دیجیے کہ اس کا علم تو بس اللہ ہی کے پاس ہے لیکن اکثر لوگ علم نہیں رکھتے۔

Commentary
آیت 187 یَسْءَلُوْنَکَ عَنِ السَّاعَۃِ اَیَّانَ مُرْسٰٹہَاط قُلْ اِنَّمَا عِلْمُہَا عِنْدَ رَبِّیْ ج۔ یہ لوگ آپ ﷺ سے قیامت کے بارے میں سوال کرتے ہیں کہ کب لنگر انداز ہوگی ؟ آپ ان سے کہہ دیجیے کہ اس کے بارے میں سوائے میرے اللہ کے کوئی نہیں جانتا۔ کسی کے پاس اس بارے میں کوئی علم نہیں ہے۔ مُرْسٰی جہاز کے لنگر انداز ہونے کو کہا جاتا ہے۔ جیسے بِسْمِ اللّٰہِ مَجْرٖٹھَٰا وَمُرْسٰھَا۔لاَ یُجَلِّیْہَا لِوَقْتِہَآ اِلاَّ ہُوَ ط ثَقُلَتْ فِی السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ ط آسمان و زمین اس سے بوجھل ہیں۔ جیسے ایک مادہ اپنا حمل لیے پھرتی ہے ‘ اسی طرح یہ کائنات بھی قیامت کو یعنی اپنی فنا کو لیے لیے پھرتی ہے۔ ہر شے جو تخلیق کی گئی ہے اس کی ایک اجل مسمیٰ اس کے اندر موجود ہے۔ گویا ہر مخلوق کی موت اس کے وجود کے اندر سمو دی گئی ہے۔ چناچہ ہر انسان اپنی موت کو ساتھ ساتھ لیے پھر رہا ہے اور اسی لحاظ سے پوری کائنات بھی۔ لاَ تَاْتِیْکُمْ الاَّ بَغْتَۃً ط یَسْءَلُوْنَکَ کَاَنَّکَ حَفِیٌّ عَنْہَا ط آپ ﷺ سے تو وہ ایسے پوچھتے ہیں جیسے سمجھتے ہوں کہ آپ کو تو بس قیامت کی تاریخ ہی کے بارے میں فکر دامن گیر ہے اور آپ اس کی تحقیق و جستجو میں لگے ہوئے ہیں۔ حالانکہ آپ کا اس سے کوئی سروکار نہیں ‘ یہ تو ہمارا معاملہ ہے۔
