کیا اللہ سب حاکموں سے بڑا حاکم نہیں ہے؟1

یعنی جب دنیا کے چھوٹے چھوٹے حاکموں سے بھی تم یہ چاہتے ہو اور یہی توقع رکھتے ہو کہ وہ انصاف کر یں، مجرموں کو سزا دیں اور اچھے کام کرنے والوں کو صلہ و انعام دیں، تو خدا کے متعلق تمہارا کیا خیا ل ہے؟ کیا وہ سب حاکموں سے بڑا حاکم نہیں ہے؟ اگر تم اس کو سب سے بڑا حاکم مانتے ہو تو کیا اس کے بارے میں تمہارا یہ خیال ہے کہ وہ کوئی انصاف نہ کرے گا؟ کیا اُس سے تم یہ توقع رکھتے ہو کہ وہ بُرے اور بھلے کو ایک جیسا کر دے گا؟ کیا اس کی دنیا میں بد ترین افعال کرنے والے اور بہترین کام کرنے والے ، دونوں مرکر خاک ہو جائیں گے ، اور کسی کو نہ بد اعمالیوں کی سزا ملے گی نہ حسنِ عمل کی جزا؟ امام احمد، تِرْمِذی، ابو داؤد، ابن المُنْذِر، بَیْہَقِی، حاکم اور ابن مَرْدُوْیَہ نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ ؓ سے یہ روایت نقل کی ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی سورۂ والتین و الزیتون پڑھے اور اَلَیْسَ اللہُ بِاَحْکَمِ الْحٰکِمِیْنَ پر پہنچے تو کہے بَلیٰ وَاَنَا عَلیٰ ذٰلِکَ مِنَ الشَّاھِدِیْنَ (ہاں ، اور میں اس پر شہادت دینے والوں میں سے ہوں)۔ بعض روایات میں آیا ہے کہ حضور ؐ جب یہ آیت پڑھتے تو فرماتے سُبْحٰنَکَ فَبَلیٰ۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 95:8, 96:1, 96:2, 96:3)
آیت 8{ اَلَیْسَ اللّٰہُ بِاَحْکَمِ الْحٰکِمِیْنَ۔ } ”کیا اللہ تمام حاکموں سے بڑا حاکم نہیں ہے ؟“ دنیا میں تم لوگ چھوٹے چھوٹے حاکموں کو دیکھتے ہو کہ وہ اپنے غداروں اور باغیوں کو عبرتناک سزا دیتے ہیں اور اپنے وفاداروں کو انعام و اکرام سے نوازتے ہیں۔ کیا دنیا میں تم نے کوئی ایسا حاکم بھی دیکھا ہے جو اپنے باغیوں اور وفاداروں کو ایک ہی صف میں کھڑا کر دے ؟ اگر دنیا میں محدود اختیار کا مالک کوئی حاکم ایسا نہیں کرتا تو وہ اللہ عزوجل اپنے فرمانبردار بندوں اور نافرمانوں کو کیسے برابر کر دے گا جو سب حاکموں سے بڑا حاکم ہے ؟ کیا تم اللہ تعالیٰ کو احکم الحاکمین نہیں مانتے ہو ؟ مسند احمد ‘ سنن الترمذی ‘ سنن ابی دائود اور دیگر کتب حدیث میں حضرت ابوہریرہ رض سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی سورة التین پڑھے اور اَلَیْسَ اللّٰہُ بِاَحْکَمِ الْحٰکِمِیْنَپر پہنچے تو کہے : بلٰی وانا علٰی ذٰلک من الشاھدین ”کیوں نہیں ! اور میں اس پر شہادت دینے والوں میں سے ہوں“۔ بعض روایات میں آتا ہے کہ حضور ﷺ جب یہ آیت پڑھتے تو فرماتے : سُبْحَانَکَ فَبَلٰی !
