  1. یَعْتَذِرُوْنَوہ عذر کریں گے
  2. اِلَیْكُمْتمہاری طرف
  3. اِذَاجب
  4. رَجَعْتُمْلوٹو گے تم۔ پلٹو گے تم
  5. اِلَیْهِمْ ؕان کی طرف
  6. قُلْکہہ دیجیے
  7. لَّانہ
  8. تَعْتَذِرُوْاعذر کرو۔ معذرتیں کرو
  9. لَنْہرگز
  10. نُّؤْمِنَہم نہ مانیں گے۔ نہ اعتماد کریں گے
  11. لَكُمْتم پر
  12. قَدْتحقیق
  13. نَبَّاَنَاخبر دے دی ہم کو
  14. اللّٰهُاللہ نے
  15. مِنْ(میں) سے
  16. اَخْبَارِكُمْ ؕتمہاری خبروں
  17. وَسَیَرَیاور عنقریب دیکھے گا
  18. اللّٰهُاللہ
  19. عَمَلَكُمْتمہارا عمل
  20. وَرَسُوْلُهٗاور اس کا رسول
  21. ثُمَّپھر
  22. تُرَدُّوْنَتم لوٹائے جاؤ گے۔ تم پھیرے جاؤ گے
  23. اِلٰیطرف
  24. عٰلِمِجاننے والے
  25. الْغَیْبِغیب کے
  26. وَالشَّهَادَةِاور حاضر کے
  27. فَیُنَبِّئُكُمْپھر وہ بتائے گا تم کو
  28. بِمَاساتھ اس کے جو
  29. كُنْتُمْتھے تم
  30. تَعْمَلُوْنَتم عمل کرتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تم جب پلٹ کر ان کے پاس پہنچو گے تو یہ طرح طرح کے عذرات پیش کریں گے مگر تم صاف کہہ دینا کہ "بہانے نہ کرو، ہم تہاری کسی بات کا اعتبار نہ کریں گے اللہ نے ہم کو تمہارے حالات بتا دیے ہیں اب اللہ اور اس کا رسول تمہارے طرز عمل کو دیکھے گا پھر تم اس کی طرف پلٹائے جاؤ گے جو کھلے اور چھپے سب کا جاننے والا ہے اور وہ تمہیں بتا دے گا کہ تم کیا کچھ کرتے رہے ہو"

Bayan-ul-Quran

بہانے بنائیں گے وہ تمہارے پاس آکر جب تم لوگ ان کے پاس لوٹ کر جاؤ گے آپ ﷺ کہہ دیجیے (یا کہہ دیجیے گا) کہ بہانے مت بناؤ ہم تمہاری بات نہیں مانیں گے اللہ نے ہمیں پوری طرح مطلع کردیا ہے تمہاری خبروں سے اب اللہ اور اس کا رسول تمہارے عمل کو دیکھیں گے پھر تمہیں لوٹا دیا جائے گا اس (اللہ) کی طرف جو غائب و حاضر کا جاننے والا ہے پھر وہ تمہیں بتادے گا جو کچھ تم کرتے رہے تھے

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 9:94, 9:95)

آیت 94 یَعْتَذِرُوْنَ اِلَیْکُمْ اِذَا رَجَعْتُمْ اِلَیْہِمْ ط یَعْتَذِرُوْنَچونکہ فعل مضارع ہے اس لیے اس کا ترجمہ حال میں بھی ہوسکتا ہے اور مستقبل میں بھی۔ اگر تو یہ آیات تبوک سے واپسی کے سفر کے دوران نازل ہوئی ہیں تو ترجمہ وہ ہوگا جو اوپر کیا گیا ہے ‘ لیکن اگر ان کا نزول رسول اللہ ﷺ کے مدینہ تشریف لانے کے بعد ہوا ہے تو ترجمہ یوں ہوگا : بہانے بنا رہے ہیں وہ تمہارے پاس آکر جب تم لوگ ان کے پاس لوٹ کر آگئے ہو قُلْ لاَّ تَعْتَذِرُوْا لَنْ نُّؤْمِنَ لَکُمْ قَدْ نَبَّاَنَا اللّٰہُ مِنْ اَخْبَارِکُمْ ط۔ مہم پر جانے سے قبل تو حضور ﷺ اپنی طبعی شرافت اور مروّت کے باعث منافقین کے جھوٹے بہانوں پر بھی سکوت فرماتے رہے تھے ‘ لیکن اب چونکہ بذریعہ وحی ان کے جھوٹ کے سارے پردے چاک کردیے گئے تھے اس لیے فرمایا جا رہا ہے کہ اے نبی ﷺ ! اب آپ ڈنکے کی چوٹ ان سے کہہ دیجیے کہ اب ہم تمہاری کسی بات پر یقین نہیں کریں گے ‘ کیونکہ اب اللہ تعالیٰ نے تمہاری باطنی کیفیات سے ہمیں مطلع کردیا ہے۔وَسَیَرَی اللّٰہُ عَمَلَکُمْ وَرَسُوْلُہٗ یعنی آئندہ تمہارے طرزعمل اور رویے attitude کا جائزہ لیا جائے گا۔
