- قَدِتحقیق
- افْتَرَیْنَاگھڑ لیا ہم نے
- عَلَیپر
- اللّٰهِاللہ
- كَذِبًاجھوٹ
- اِنْاگر
- عُدْنَاہم پلٹیں
- فِیْمیں
- مِلَّتِكُمْتمہاری ملت
- بَعْدَبعد اس کے
- اِذْجب
- نَجّٰىنَانجات دی ہم کو
- اللّٰهُاللہ نے
- مِنْهَا ؕاس سے
- وَمَااور نہیں
- یَكُوْنُہے
- لَنَاۤہمارے لیے
- اَنْکہ
- نَّعُوْدَہم پلٹیں
- فِیْهَاۤاس میں
- اِلَّاۤمگر
- اَنْیہ کہ
- یَّشَآءَچاہے
- اللّٰهُاللہ
- رَبُّنَا ؕجو رب ہے ہمارا
- وَسِعَوسعت والا ہے
- رَبُّنَاہمارا رب
- كُلَّہر
- شَیْءٍچیز پر
- عِلْمًا ؕعلم کے اعتبار سے
- عَلَیپر
- اللّٰهِاللہ ہی
- تَوَكَّلْنَا ؕتوکل کیا ہم نے
- رَبَّنَااے ہمارے رب
- افْتَحْفیصلہ کردے
- بَیْنَنَاہمارے درمیان
- وَبَیْنَاور ہماری کے درمیان
- قَوْمِنَاقوم
- بِالْحَقِّحق کے ساتھ
- وَاَنْتَاور تو
- خَیْرُبہترین
- الْفٰتِحِیْنَفیصلہ کرنے والا ہے

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
ہم اللہ پر جھوٹ گھڑنے والے ہوں گے اگر تمہاری مِلّت میں پلٹ آئیں جبکہ اللہ ہمیں اس سے نجات دے چکا ہے۔ ہمارے لیے تو اس کی طرف پلٹنا اب کسی طرح ممکن نہیں اِلّا یہ کہ خدا ہمارا ربّ ہی ایسا چاہے1،ہمارے ربّ کا علم ہر چیز پر حاوی ہے، اُسی پر ہم نے اعتماد کر لیا، اے ربّ! ہمارےاور ہماری قوم کے درمیان ٹھیک ٹھیک فیصلہ کر دے اور تُو بہترین فیصلہ کرنے والا ہے۔“

یہ فقرہ اُسی معنی میں ہے جس میں اِن شاء اللہ کا لفظ بولا جاتا ہے، اور جس کے متعلق سورة کہف (آیات 23۔24) میں ارشاد ہوا ہے کہ کسی چیز کے متعلق دعوے کے ساتھ یہ نہ کہہ دیا کرو کہ میں ایسا کروں گا بلکہ اس طرح کہا کرو کہ اگر اللہ چاہے گا تو ایسا کروں گا۔ اس لیے کہ مومن ، جو اللہ تعالیٰ کی سلطانی و بادشاہی کا اور اپنی بندگی و تا بعیت کا ٹھیک ٹھیک اور اک رکھتا ہے، کبھی اپنے بل بوتے پر یہ دعویٰ نہیں کر سکتا کہ میں فلاں بات کر کے رہوں گا یا فلاں حرکت ہر گز نہ کروں گا، بلکہ وہ جب کہے گا تو یوں کہے گا کہ میرا ارادہ ایسا کرنے کا یا نہ کرنے کا ہے لیکن میرے اس ارادے کا پورا ہونا میرے مالک کی مثییت پر موقوف ہے، وہ توفیق بخشے گا تو اس میں کامیا ب ہو جاؤں گا ورنہ ناکام رہ جاؤں گا۔
