مگر جو لوگ اُن میں ظالم تھے اُنھوں نے اُس بات کو جو اُن سے کہی گئی تھی بدل ڈالا، اور نتیجہ یہ ہوا کہ ہم نے اُن کے ظلم کی پاداش میں اُن پر آسمان سے عذاب بھیج دیا۔1

Commentary
آیت 162 فَبَدَّلَ الَّذِیْنَ ظَلَمُوْا مِنْہُمْ قَوْلاً غَیْرَ الَّذِیْ قِیْلَ لَہُمْ یعنی ان کو حِطَّۃٌ‘ حِطَّۃٌ کا ورد کرتے ہوئے شہر میں داخل ہونے کا حکم دیا گیا تھا ‘ جبکہ انہوں نے اس کے بجائیحِنْطَۃٌ‘ حِنْطَۃٌ کہنا شروع کردیا ‘ جس کا مطلب تھا کہ ہمیں گیہوں چاہیے ‘ ہمیں گیہوں چاہیے !
