- وَاكْتُبْاور لکھ دے
- لَنَاہمارے لیے
- فِیْمیں
- هٰذِهِاس
- الدُّنْیَادنیا
- حَسَنَةًبھلائی
- وَّفِیاور میں
- الْاٰخِرَةِآخرت
- اِنَّابیشک ہم نے
- هُدْنَاۤہم نے توبہ کی
- اِلَیْكَ ؕتیری طرف
- قَالَفرمایا
- عَذَابِیْۤمیرا عذاب
- اُصِیْبُمیں پہنچاؤں گا
- بِهٖاس کو
- مَنْجس کو
- اَشَآءُ ۚمیں چاہوں گا
- وَرَحْمَتِیْاور میری رحمت
- وَسِعَتْچھائی ہوئی ہے
- كُلَّہر
- شَیْءٍ ؕچیز پر
- فَسَاَكْتُبُهَاپس عنقریب
- لِلَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کے لیے
- یَتَّقُوْنَجو تقوی اختیار کرتے ہیں
- وَیُؤْتُوْنَاور دیتے ہیں
- الزَّكٰوةَزکوۃ
- وَالَّذِیْنَاور وہ لوگ
- هُمْوہ
- بِاٰیٰتِنَاہماری آیات پر
- یُؤْمِنُوْنَایمان رکھتے ہیں

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
اور ہمارے لیے اس دنیا کی بھلائی بھی لکھ دیجیے اور آخرت کی بھی، ہم نے آپ کی طرف رجوع کر لیا۔“جواب میں ارشاد ہوا”سزا تو میں جسے چاہتا ہوں دیتا ہوں، مگر میری رحمت ہر چیز پر چھائی ہوئی ہے1 ، اور اُسے میں اُن لوگوں کے حق میں لکھوں گا جو نافرمانی سے پرہیز کریں گے، زکوٰة دیں گے اور میری آیات پر ایمان لائیں گے۔“

یعنی اللہ تعالیٰ جس طریقے پر خدائی کر رہا ہے اس میں اصل چیز غضب نہیں ہے جس میں کبھی کبھی رحم اور فضل کی شان نمودار ہو جاتی ہو، بلکہ اصل چیز رحم ہے جس پر سارا نظامِ عالم قائم ہے اور اس میں غضب صرف اس وقت نمودار ہوتا ہے جب بندوں کا تمردُّحد سے فزوں ہوجاتا ہے۔
