  1. اَوَلَمْکیا بھلا نہیں
  2. یَرَوْاانہوں نے دیکھا
  3. اِلَیطرف
  4. الطَّیْرِپرندوں کی
  5. فَوْقَهُمْان کے اوپر
  6. صٰٓفّٰتٍصف بستہ
  7. وَّیَقْبِضْنَ ؔؕۘاور سمیٹ لیتے ہیں
  8. مَانہیں
  9. یُمْسِكُهُنَّتھامتا ان کو
  10. اِلَّامگر
  11. الرَّحْمٰنُ ؕرحمن
  12. اِنَّهٗبیشک وہ
  13. بِكُلِّہر
  14. شَیْءٍچیز کو
  15. بَصِیْرٌدیکھنے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

کیا یہ لوگ اپنے اُوپر اُڑنے والے پرندوں کو پر پھیلائے اور سکیڑتے نہیں دیکھتے؟ رحمٰن کے سوا کوئی نہیں جو انہیں تھامے ہوئے ہو۔1 وہی ہر چیز کا نگہبان ہے۔2

  1. یعنی ایک ایک پرندہ جو ہوا میں اڑرہا ہے ، خدائے رحمٰن کی حفاظت میں اڑرہا ہے۔ اُسی نے ہر پرندے  کو وہ ساخت عطا فرمائی جس سے وہ اڑنے کے قابل ہوا۔ اسی نے ہر پرندے کو اڑنے کا طریقہ سکھایا۔ اُسی نے ہوا کواُن قوانین کا پابند کیا جن کی بدولت ہوا سے زیادہ بھاری جسم رکھنے والی چیزوں کا اُس میں اڑنا ممکن ہوا۔ اور وہی ہر اڑنے والے کو فضا میں تھامے ہوئے ہے، ورنہ جس وقت بھی اللہ اپنی حفاظت اُس سے ہٹا لے ، وہ زمین پر آرہے ۔

  2. یعنی کچھ پرندوں ہی پر موقوف نہیں، جو چیز بھی دنیا میں موجود ہے اللہ کی نگہبانی کی بدولت موجود ہے ۔  وہی ہر شے کے لیے وہ اسباب فراہم کر رہا ہے جو اس کے وجود کے لیے درکار ہیں، اور وہی اس بات کی نگرانی کر رہا ہے کہ اس کی پیدا کر دہ مخلوق کو اس کی ضروریات بہم پہنچیں۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

کیا یہ لوگ دیکھتے نہیں پرندوں کو اپنے اوپر (اڑتے ہوئے) کبھی پروں کو پھیلائے ہوئے اور کبھی سمیٹے ہوئے ؟ نہیں روکے ہوئے انہیں کوئی (فضا میں) مگر رحمن ! یقینا وہ ہرچیز کو خوب دیکھنے والا ہے !

Commentary

یعنی اس کائنات کی ایک ایک مخلوق اور ایک ایک چیز جس قانونِ طبعی پر چل رہی ہے وہ اللہ ہی کا وضع کردہ ہے۔
