Commentary
آیت 26 وَہُمْ یَنْہَوْنَ عَنْہُ وَیَنْءَوْنَ عَنْہُ ج۔یہاں آپس میں ملتے جلتے دو افعال استعمال ہوئے ہیں ‘ ایک کا مادہ ’ ن ہ ی ‘ ہے اور دوسرے کا ’ ن ء ی ‘ ہے۔ نَھٰی یَنْھٰی روکنا تو معروف فعل ہے اور نہی کا لفظ اردو میں بھی عام استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ لہٰذا یَنْہَوْنَ عَنْہُ کے معنی ہیں وہ روکتے ہیں اس سے۔ کس کو روکتے ہیں ؟ اپنے عوام کو۔ ان کی لیڈری اور سرداری عوام کے بل پر ہی تو ہے۔ عوام برگشتہ ہوجائیں گے تو ان کی لیڈری کہاں رہے گی۔ عوام کو اپنے قابو میں کرنا اور ان کی عقل اور سمجھ پر اپنا تسلط قائم رکھنا ایسے نام نہادلیڈروں کے لیے انتہائی ضروری ہوتا ہے۔ لہٰذا ایک طرف تو وہ اپنے عوام کو راہ ہدایت اختیار کرنے سے روکتے ہیں اور دوسری طرف وہ خود اس سے گریز اور پہلو تہی کرتے ہیں۔ نَاٰی یَنْاٰی نَأْیًا کا مفہوم ہے دور ہونا ‘ کنی کترانا جیسے سورة بنی اسرائیل آیت 83 میں فرمایا : وَاِذَآ اَنْعَمْنَا عَلَی الْاِنْسَانِ اَعْرَضَ وَنَاٰبِجَانِبِہٖ ج اور انسان کا حال یہ ہے کہ جب ہم اس پر انعام کرتے ہیں تو منہ پھیرلیتا اور پہلوتہی کرتا ہے۔ چناچہ یَنْءَوْنَ عَنْہُ ط کے معنی ہیں وہ اس سے گریز کرتے ہیں ‘ کنی کتراتے ہیں۔
