- اَلَمْکیا نہیں
- تَعْلَمْتم نے جانا
- اَنَّبیشک
- اللّٰهَاللہ
- لَهٗاس کے لیے ہے
- مُلْكُبادشاہت
- السَّمٰوٰتِآسمانوں کی
- وَالْاَرْضِ ؕاور زمین کی
- یُعَذِّبُعذاب دے گا۔ دیتا ہے
- مَنْجس کو
- یَّشَآءُچاہے گا۔ چاہتا ہے
- وَیَغْفِرُاور بخش دے گا۔ دیتا ہے
- لِمَنْواسطے جس کے
- یَّشَآءُ ؕوہ چاہے گا۔ چاہتا ہے
- وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
- عَلٰیاوپر
- كُلِّہر
- شَیْءٍچیز کے
- قَدِیْرٌقدرت رکھنے والا ہے

کیا تم نہیں جانتے ہو کہ اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے آسمانوں اور زمین کی بادشاہی ؟ وہ سزا دے گا جس کو چاہے گا اور بخش دے گا جس کو چاہے گا اور اللہ ہرچیز پر قادر ہے۔

Commentary
آیت 40 اَلَمْ تَعْلَمْ اَنَّ اللّٰہَ لَہٗ مُلْکُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِ ط یُعَذِّبُ مَنْ یَّشَآءُ وَیَغْفِرُ لِمَنْ یَّشَآءُ ط وَاللّٰہُ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَیْءٍ قَدِیْرٌ اب یہاں پھر ذکر آ رہا ہے ان لوگوں کا جو دوغلی پالیسی پر کاربند تھے ‘ لیکن سورة البقرۃ کی طرح یہاں بھی روئے سخن قطعیت کے ساتھ واضح نہیں کیا گیا۔ لہٰذا اس کا انطباق منافقین پر بھی ہوگا اور اہل کتاب پر بھی۔ منافق اہل کتاب میں سے بھی تھے ‘ جن کا میلان اسلام کی طرف بھی تھا اور چاہتے بھی تھے کہ مسلمانوں میں شامل رہیں لیکن وہ اپنے ساتھیوں کو بھی چھوڑنے پر تیار نہیں تھے۔ تو یہ لوگ جو مُذَبْذَبِیْنَ بَیْنَ ذٰلِک کی مثال تھے ‘ یہ دونوں طرف کے لوگ تھے۔
