Tafheem-ul-Quran

وہی ہے جو لوگوں کے مایوس ہو جانے کے بعد مینّہ برساتا ہے اور اپنی رحمت پھیلادیتا ہے، اور وہی قابلِ تعریف ولی ہے۔1

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور وہی ہے جو بارش برساتا ہے اس کے بعد کہ لوگ مایوس ہوچکے ہوتے ہیں اور اپنی رحمت پھیلا دیتا ہے۔ اور وہی ہے جو (اپنے بندوں کا) مددگار ہے اور وہ اپنی ذات میں آپ ستودہ صفات ہے۔

Commentary

آیت 28 { وَہُوَ الَّذِیْ یُنَزِّلُ الْغَیْثَ مِنْم بَعْدِ مَا قَنَطُوْا وَیَنْشُرُ رَحْمَتَہٗ } ”اور وہی ہے جو بارش برساتا ہے اس کے بعد کہ لوگ مایوس ہوچکے ہوتے ہیں اور اپنی رحمت پھیلا دیتا ہے۔“ خشک سالی میں فصلوں کی آبیاری کا وقت ہاتھ سے نکلتا دیکھ کر جب کسانوں کے دلوں میں مایوسی کے سائے گہرے ہونے لگتے ہیں تو اچانک اللہ کی رحمت کا ظہور ہوتا ہے اور بادل بارش کی نوید لے کر پہنچ جاتے ہیں۔ { وَہُوَ الْوَلِیُّ الْحَمِیْدُ } ”اور وہی ہے جو اپنے بندوں کا مددگار ہے اور وہ اپنی ذات میں آپ ستودہ صفات ہے۔“
