Bayan-ul-Quran
اور اگر اللہ کشادہ کردیتا رزق اپنے سب بندوں کے لیے تو وہ زمین میں سرکشی کرتے لیکن اللہ نازل کرتا ہے ایک اندازے کے مطابق جو چاہتا ہے۔ یقینا وہ اپنے بندوں (کے حالات) سے باخبر ان کو دیکھنے والا ہے۔

Commentary
آیت 27 { وَلَوْ بَسَطَ اللّٰہُ الرِّزْقَ لِعِبَادِہٖ لَبَغَوْا فِی الْاَرْضِ } ”اور اگر اللہ کشادہ کردیتا رزق اپنے سب بندوں کے لیے تو وہ زمین میں سرکشی کرتے“ یقینا اللہ کے خزانے بہت وسیع ہیں ‘ لیکن اگر وہ ان خزانوں کو سب کے لیے کھول دیتا اور ہر کسی کو اس کی خواہش اور مرضی کے مطابق با فراغت اور با سہولت رزق ملنا شروع ہوجاتا تو انسانوں کی اکثریت اللہ سے سرکشی پر اتر آتی۔ کیونکہ اب جب کہ دو وقت کی روٹی کمانے کے لیے دن رات مشقت میں جتے رہنے کے باوجود بھی ان میں سے اکثر اللہ کے نافرمان ہیں تو فکر معاش سے فراغت تو ان کو بالکل ہی باغی بنا دیتی۔ { وَلٰکِنْ یُّنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرٍ مَّا یَشَآئُ اِنَّہٗ بِعِبَادِہٖ خَبِیْرٌ بَصِیْرٌ} ”لیکن اللہ نازل کرتا ہے ایک اندازے کے مطابق جو چاہتا ہے۔ یقینا وہ اپنے بندوں کے حالات سے باخبر ‘ ان کو دیکھنے والا ہے۔“
