اِلَّاسوائے
الْمُسْتَضْعَفِیْنَان کے جو مجبور کردیے گئے
مِنَمیں سے
الرِّجَالِمردوں
وَالنِّسَآءِاور عورتوں میں سے
وَالْوِلْدَانِاوربچوں میں سے
لَانہیں
یَسْتَطِیْعُوْنَاستطاعت رکھتے
حِیْلَةًکسی حیلے کی
وَّلَااور نہ
یَهْتَدُوْنَوہ پاتے کوئی
سَبِیْلًاراستہ

سوائے ان مردوں عورتیں اور بچوں کے جن کو واقعتا دبا لیا گیا ہو نہ تو وہ کوئی تدبیر کرسکتے ہیں اور نہ وہ راستہ جانتے ہیں

Commentary

آیت 98 اِلاَّ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِیْنَ مِنَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَآء والْوِلْدَانِِ جن لوگوں کو کمزور سمجھ کر دبالیا گیا ہو ‘ واقعتا زنجیروں میں جکڑ کر گھروں میں بند کردیا گیا ہو ‘ ان کا معاملہ اور ہے۔ یا پھر کوئی عورت ہے جس کے لیے تنہا سفر کرنا ممکن نہیں۔ ویسے تو ایسی عورتیں بھی تھیں جنہوں نے تنہا ہجرتیں کیں ‘ لیکن ہر ایک کے لیے تو ایسا ممکن نہیں تھا۔
