Surah 4, ayah 120

  1. یَعِدُهُمْوہ وعدہ کرتا ہے ان سے
  2. وَیُمَنِّیْهِمْ ؕاور امیدیں دلاتا ہے ان کو
  3. وَمَااور نہیں
  4. یَعِدُهُمُوعدہ کرتا ان سے
  5. الشَّیْطٰنُشیطان
  6. اِلَّامگر
  7. غُرُوْرًادھوکے کا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

وہ ان لوگوں سے وعدے کرتا ہے اور انہیں اُمیدیں دلاتا ہے،1 مگر شیطان کے سارے وعدے بجز فریب کے اور کچھ نہیں ہیں

  1. شیطان کا سارا کا روبار ہی وعدوں اور اُمّیدوں کے بل پر چلتا ہے۔ وہ انسان کو انفرادی طور پر یا اجتماعی طور پر جب کسی غلط راستے کی طرف لے جانا چاہتا ہے تو  اس کے آگے سبز باغ پیش کردیتا ہے۔ کسی کو انفرادی لُطف و لذّت اور کامیابیوں کی اُمید، کسی کو قومی سر بلندیوں کی توقع، کسی کو نوع انسانی کی فلاح و بہبُود کا یقین، کسی کو صداقت تک  پہنچ جانے کا اطمینان، کسی کو یہ بھروسہ کہ نہ خدا ہے نہ آخرت، بس مر کر مٹی ہو جانا ہے، کسی  کو یہ تسلی کہ آخرت  ہے بھی تو وہاں کی گرفت سے فلاں کے طفیل اور فلاں کے صدقے میں بچ نکلو گے۔ غرض جو جس وعدے اور جس توقع سے فریب کھا سکتا ہے اس کے سامنے وہی پیش کرتا ہے اور پھانس لیتا ہے۔

وہ (شیطان) ان سے وعدے بھی کرتا ہے اور انہیں امیدیں بھی دلاتا ہے اور نہیں وعدہ کرتا ان سے شیطان مگر دھوکے کا

Commentary

آیت 120 یَعِدُہُمْ وَیُمَنِّیْہِمْط وَمَا یَعِدُہُمُ الشَّیْطٰنُ الاَّ غُرُوْرًا ۔شیطان ان کو وعدوں کے بہلاوے دیتا ہے اور آرزوؤں میں پھنساتا ہے ‘ سبز باغ دکھاتا ہے ‘ مگر شیطان کے دعوے سراسر فریب ہیں۔
