- وَتَرَیاور تم دیکھو گے
- الْمَلٰٓىِٕكَةَفرشتوں کو
- حَآفِّیْنَگھیرا ڈالے ہوئے۔ حلقہ بنائے ہوئے
- مِنْسے
- حَوْلِآس پاس (سے)
- الْعَرْشِعرش کے
- یُسَبِّحُوْنَتسبیح کر رہے ہوں گے
- بِحَمْدِحمد کے ساتھ
- رَبِّهِمْ ۚاپنے رب کی
- وَقُضِیَاور فیصلہ کردیا جائے گا
- بَیْنَهُمْان کے درمیان
- بِالْحَقِّحق کے ساتھ
- وَقِیْلَاور کہہ دیا جائے گا

- لِلّٰهِاللہ کے لیے ہے
- رَبِّجو رب ہے

Tafheem-ul-Quran
اور تم دیکھو گے کہ فرشتے عرش کے گر د حلقہ بنائے ہوئے اپنے ربّ کی حمد اور تسبیح کر رہے ہونگے، اور لوگوں کے درمیان ٹھیک ٹھیک حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ چُکا دیا جائے گا ، اور پُکار دیا جائے گا کہ حمد ہے اللہ ربّ العالمین کے لیے۔1

اور تم دیکھو گے فرشتوں کو کہ وہ عرش الٰہی کو گھیرے ہوئے ہوں گے اپنے ربّ کی تسبیح بیان کر رہے ہوں گے اس کی حمد کے ساتھ ور ان کے مابین حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ کردیا جائے گا اور پکارا جائے گا کہ ُ کل کی کل حمد اللہ کے لیے ہے جو تمام جہانوں کا رب ہے

Commentary
آیت 75 { وَتَرَی الْمَلٰٓئِکَۃَ حَآفِّیْنَ مِنْ حَوْلِ الْعَرْشِ یُسَبِّحُوْنَ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّہِمْ } ”اور تم دیکھو گے ‘ فرشتوں کو کہ وہ عرش الٰہی کو گھیرے ہوئے ہوں گے ‘ اپنے ربّ کی تسبیح بیان کر رہے ہوں گے اس کی حمد کے ساتھ۔“ { وَقُضِیَ بَیْنَہُمْ بِالْحَقِّ } ”اور ان کے مابین حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ کردیا جائے گا“ یہاں پر بَیْنَہُمْ سے کچھ مفسرین نے تو انسان ہی مرادلیے ہیں اور ان کی رائے یہ ہے کہ یہاں گویا وہی بات دہرائی گئی ہے جو قبل ازیں چھٹے رکوع میں بایں الفاظ بیان ہوچکی ہے :ـ { وَقُضِیَ بَیْنَہُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَہُمْ لَا یُظْلَمُوْنَ }۔ لیکن ایک دوسری رائے کے مطابق یہاں پر وَقُضِیَ بَیْنَہُمْ کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ انسانوں کے فیصلوں کے بعد فرشتوں کے درمیان بھی فیصلہ کردیا جائے گا۔ قبل ازیں سورة صٓ کی آیت 69 کے ضمن میں یہ وضاحت کی جا چکی ہے کہ فرشتے عاقل ہستیاں ہیں۔ ان میں سے ہر کوئی اپنی سوچ اور اپنی رائے رکھتا ہے۔ اس بنا پر ان میں اختلافات بھی ہوتے رہتے ہیں۔ مثلاً یہ کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے فیصلوں کے بارے میں بحث کرتے ہوئے ان میں سے ہر کوئی اپنی اپنی رائے دیتا ہو کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے فلاں فیصلے میں یہ حکمت ہے ‘ وغیرہ وغیرہ۔ چناچہ اس جملے کا ایک مفہوم یہ بھی ہوسکتا ہے کہ آخر میں فرشتوں کے درمیان پیدا ہونے والے اختلافات کا بھی حق کے ساتھ فیصلہ کردیا جائے گا۔ { وَقِیْلَ الْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہِ رَبِّ الْعٰلَمِیْنَ } ”اور پکارا جائے گا کہ ُ کل کی کل حمد اللہ کے لیے ہے جو تمام جہانوں کا رب ہے !“ یعنی آخر میں وہی اللہ تعالیٰ کی جے بلند کی جائے گی کہ کل شکر اور کل تعریف اللہ کے لیے ہے ‘ جو تمام جہانوں کا پروردگار ہے !
