Bayan-ul-Quran
اور سلیمان ؑ کے لیے ہوا کو (مسخر کردیا تھا) اس کا صبح کو چلنا بھی ایک ماہ (کا سفر) تھا اور اس کا شام کو چلنا بھی ایک ماہ (کا سفر) تھا اور ہم نے اس کے لیے پگھلے ہوئے تانبے کا چشمہ جاری کردیا تھا اور کچھ ِجن بھی (اس ؑ کے تابع کردیے تھے) جو اس کے سامنے کام کرتے تھے اس کے رب کے حکم سے اور ان میں سے جو کوئی بھی ہمارے حکم سے سرتابی کرتا اسے ہم جلا دینے والا عذاب چکھاتے تھے۔

Commentary
آیت 12 { وَلِسُلَیْمٰنَ الرِّیْحَ غُدُوُّہَا شَہْرٌ وَّرَوَاحُہَا شَہْرٌ} ”اور سلیمان علیہ السلام کے لیے ہوا کو مسخر کردیا تھا ‘ اس کا صبح کو چلنا بھی ایک ماہ کا سفر تھا اور اس کا شام کو چلنا بھی ایک ماہ کا سفر تھا۔“ حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام جہاں جانا چاہتے تیز ہوا آپ علیہ السلام کے تخت کو اڑا کر وہاں پہنچا دیتی اور جو فاصلہ اس زمانے کے لوگ مروّجہ سواریوں کے ذریعے ایک ماہ میں طے کرتے حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام وہ فاصلہ ہوا کے ذریعے سے ایک صبح یا ایک شام میں طے کرلیتے تھے۔ { وَاَسَلْنَا لَہٗ عَیْنَ الْقِطْرِ } ”اور ہم نے اس کے لیے پگھلے ہوئے تانبے کا چشمہ جاری کردیا تھا۔“ { وَمِنَ الْجِنِّ مَنْ یَّعْمَلُ بَیْنَ یَدَیْہِ بِاِذْنِ رَبِّہٖ } ”اور کچھ ِجن بھی اس علیہ السلام کے تابع کردیے تھے جو اس کے سامنے کام کرتے تھے اس کے رب کے حکم سے۔“ { وَمَنْ یَّزِغْ مِنْہُمْ عَنْ اَمْرِنَا نُذِقْہُ مِنْ عَذَابِ السَّعِیْرِ } ”اور ان میں سے جو کوئی بھی ہمارے حکم سے سرتابی کرتا اسے ہم جلا دینے والا عذاب چکھاتے تھے۔“ آگے ان کاموں کی تفصیل بھی بتائی جا رہی ہے جو جنات حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام کے لیے کرتے تھے۔
