  2. اَنْتَآپ
  3. بِهٰدِرہنمائی کرنے والے
  4. الْعُمْیِاندھوں کی
  5. عَنْان کی
  6. ضَلٰلَتِهِمْ ؕگمراہی سے
  7. اِنْنہیں
  8. تُسْمِعُآپ سنوا سکتے
  9. اِلَّامگر
  10. مَنْجو
  11. یُّؤْمِنُایمان رکھتا ہو
  12. بِاٰیٰتِنَاہماری آیات پر
  13. فَهُمْپھر وہ
  14. مُّسْلِمُوْنَمسلمان ہوں۔ سرتسلیم خم کردیں

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور نہ تم اندھوں کو ان کی گمراہی سے نکال کر راہِ راست دکھا سکتے ہو۔1 تم تو صرف اُنہی کو سُنا سکتے ہو جو ہماری آیات پر ایمان لاتے اور سرِ تسلیم خم کر دیتے ہیں

  1. یعنی نبی کا کام یہ تو نہیں ہے کہ اندھوں کا ہاتھ پکڑ کر انہیں ساری عمر راہِ راست پر چلاتا رہے۔ وہ تو راہِ راست کی طرف رہنمائی  ہی کر سکتا ہے ۔ مگر جن لوگوں کی ہِیے کی آنکھیں پھوٹ چکی ہوں اور جنہیں وہ راستہ نظر  ہی نہ آتا ہو جو نبی انہیں دکھانے کی کوشش کرتا ہے ، ان کی رہنمائی کر نا  نبی کے بس کا کام نہیں ہے۔
