  1. اَللّٰهُاللہ
  2. الَّذِیْوہ ذات ہے جو
  3. یُرْسِلُبھیجتا ہے
  4. الرِّیٰحَہواؤں کو
  5. فَتُثِیْرُتو وہ اٹھاتی ہیں
  6. سَحَابًابادل
  7. فَیَبْسُطُهٗپھر وہ پھیلا دیتا ہے اس کو
  8. فِیمیں
  9. السَّمَآءِآسمان
  10. كَیْفَجس طرح
  11. یَشَآءُوہ چاہتا ہے
  12. وَیَجْعَلُهٗاور وہ کردیتا ہے ان کو
  13. كِسَفًاٹکڑیوں میں
  14. فَتَرَیپھر تم دیکھتے ہو
  15. الْوَدْقَبارش کو
  16. یَخْرُجُنکلتی ہے
  17. مِنْسے
  18. خِلٰلِهٖ ۚاس کے اندر
  19. فَاِذَاۤپھر جب
  20. اَصَابَوہ پہنچاتا ہے
  21. بِهٖاس کو
  22. مَنْجسے
  23. یَّشَآءُوہ چاہتا ہے
  24. مِنْمیں سے
  25. عِبَادِهٖۤاپنے بندوں
  26. اِذَاتب
  27. هُمْوہ
  28. یَسْتَبْشِرُوْنَوہ خوش ہوجاتے ہیں

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اللہ ہی ہے جو ہواؤں کو بھیجتا ہے اور وہ بادل اٹھاتی ہیں، پھر وہ اِن بادلوں کو آسمان میں پھیلا دیتا ہے جس طرح چاہتا ہے اور انہیں ٹکڑیوں میں تقسیم کرتا ہے، پھر تُو دیکھتا ہے کہ بارش کے قطرے بادل سے ٹپکے چلے آتے ہیں یہ بارش جب وہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جن پر چاہتا ہے برساتا ہے

Bayan-ul-Quran

اللہ ہی ہے جو ہواؤں کو بھیجتا ہے پھر وہ اٹھاتی ہیں بادلوں کو پھر وہ پھیلا دیتا ہے ان (بادلوں) کو فضا میں جیسے چاہتا ہے اور انہیں کردیتا ہے تہ بر تہ پھر تم دیکھتے ہو بارش کو کہ برستی ہے ان کے درمیان سے پھر جب وہ برساتا ہے اسے اپنے بندوں میں سے جن پر چاہتا ہے تو یکایک وہ خوش ہوجاتے ہیں

Commentary

وَیَجْعَلُہٗ کِسَفًا فَتَرَی الْوَدْقَ یَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلٰلِہٖ ج ”یہ مضمون قرآن میں بہت تکرار کے ساتھ آیا ہے۔
