Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

رات کو دن میں پِروتا ہوالے آتا ہے اور دن کو رات میں۔ جاندار میں سے بے جان کو نکالتا ہے اور بے جان میں سے جاندار کو۔ اور جسے چاہتا ہے، بے حساب رزق دیتا ہے۔1

  1. جب انسان ایک طرف کافروں اور نافرمانوں کے کرتُوت دیکھتا ہے اور پھر یہ دیکھتا ہے کہ وہ دنیا میں کِس طرح پَھل پھول رہے ہیں ، دوسری طرف اہلِ ایمان کی اطاعت شعاریاں دیکھتا ہے اور پھر ان کو اس فقر و فاقہ اور اُن مصائب و آلام  کا شکار دیکھتا ہے، جن میں نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اور آپ کے صحابہٴ کرام سن 3 ہجری  اور اس کے لگ بھگ زمانے میں مُبتلا تھے، تو قدرتی طور پر اس کے دل میں ایک عجیب حسرت آمیز استفہام گردش کرنے لگتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہاں اس استفہام کا جواب دیا ہے  اور ایسے لطیف پیرائے میں دیا ہے کہ اس سے زیادہ لطافت کا تصّور نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔

تُو رات کو لے آتا ہے دن میں پرو کر اور پھر دن کو نکال لاتا ہے رات میں سے پرو کر اور تو نکالتا ہے زندہ کو مردہ سے اور تو نکالتا ہے مردہ کو زندہ سے اور تو دیتا ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے بیحد و حساب

آیت 27 تُوْلِجُ الَّیْلَ فِی النَّہَارِ وَتُوْلِجُ النَّہَارَ فِی الَّیْلِز وَتُخْرِجُ الْحَیَّ مِنَ الْمَیِّتِ وَتُخْرِجُ الْمَیِّتَ مِنَ الْحَیِّز اس کی بہترین مثال مرغی اور انڈا ہے۔ انڈے میں جان نہیں ہے لیکن اسی میں سے زندہ چوزہ برآمد ہوتا ہے اور مرغی سے انڈا برآمد ہوتا ہے۔
