  16. وَتُذِلُّتو ذلیل کرتا ہے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

کہو! خدایا! مُلک کے مالک! تو جسے چاہے، حکومت دے اور جسے چاہے، چھین لے جسے چاہے، عزت بخشے اور جس کو چاہے، ذلیل کر دے بھلائی تیرے اختیار میں ہے بیشک تو ہر چیز پر قادر ہے

Bayan-ul-Quran

کہو اے اللہ ! تمام بادشاہت کے مالک ! تو حکومت اور اختیار دیتا ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے اور سلطنت چھین لیتا ہے جس سے چاہتا ہے اور تو عزت دیتا ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے اور تو ذلیل کردیتا ہے جس کو چاہتا ہے تیرے ہی ہاتھ میں سب خیر ہے یقیناً تو ہرچیز پر قادر ہے

Commentary

آیت 26 قُلِ اللّٰہُمَّ مٰلِکَ الْمُلْکِ کل ملک تیرے اختیار میں ہے۔ تُؤْتِی الْمُلْکَ مَنْ تَشَآءُ وَتَنْزِعُ الْمُلْکَ مِمَّنْ تَشَآءُز وَتُعِزُّ مَنْ تَشَآءُ وَتُذِلُّ مَنْ تَشَآءُ ط بِیَدِکَ الْخَیْرُ ط اس کے دونوں معنی ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ کل خیر و خوبی تیرے ہاتھ میں ہے اور دوسرے یہ کہ تیرے ہاتھ میں خیر ہی خیر ہے۔ بسا اوقات انسان جسے اپنے لیے شر سمجھ بیٹھتا ہے وہ بھی اس کے لیے خیر ہوتا ہے۔ سورة البقرۃ آیت 216 میں ہم پڑھ چکے ہیں : وَعَسٰٓی اَنْ تَکْرَہُوْا شَیْءًا وَّہُوَخَیْرٌ لَّکُمْج وَعَسٰٓی اَنْ تُحِبُّوْا شَیْءًا وَّہُوَ شَرٌّ لَّکُمْ ط۔
