  1. اِنَّبیشک
  2. الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
  3. یَكْفُرُوْنَجو کفر کرتے ہیں
  4. بِاٰیٰتِساتھ آیات کے
  5. اللّٰهِاللہ کی
  6. وَیَقْتُلُوْنَاور وہ قتل کردیتے ہیں
  7. النَّبِیّٖنَنبیوں کو
  8. بِغَیْرِبغیر
  9. حَقٍّ ۙحق کے
  10. وَّیَقْتُلُوْنَاور قتل کرتے ہیں
  11. الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کو
  12. یَاْمُرُوْنَجو حکم دیتے ہیں
  13. بِالْقِسْطِانصاف کا
  14. مِنَمیں سے
  15. النَّاسِ ۙلوگوں
  16. فَبَشِّرْهُمْتو بشارت دو ان کو۔ خوش خبری دو ان کو
  17. بِعَذَابٍعذاب کی
  18. اَلِیْمٍدردناک

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جو لوگ اللہ کے احکام و ہدایت کو ماننے سے انکار کرتے ہیں اور اس کے پیغمبروں کو نا حق قتل کرتے ہیں اور ایسے لوگو ں کی جان کے درپے ہو جا تے ہیں، جو خلقِ خدا میں سے عدل و راستی کا حکم دینے کے لیے اُٹھیں، ان کو درد ناک سزا کی خوشخبری سُنا دو۔1

Bayan-ul-Quran

یقیناً وہ لوگ جو اللہ کی آیات کا کفر کرتے ہیں اور انبیاء ؑ کو ناحق قتل کرتے رہے ہیں اور ان لوگوں کو قتل کرتے رہے ہیں (یا قتل کرتے ہیں) جو انسانوں میں سے عدل و قسط کا حکم دیتے ہیں تو (اے نبی ﷺ انہیں بشارت سنا دیجیے دردناک عذاب کی

Commentary

آیت 21 اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یَکْفُرُوْنَ بِاٰیٰتِ اللّٰہِ وَیَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّبِیّٖنَ بِغَیْرِ حَقٍّ وَّیَقْتُلُوْنَ الَّذِیْنَ یَاْمُرُوْنَ بالْقِسْطِ مِنَ النَّاسِلا اس لیے کہ انصاف کی بات تو بالعموم کسی کو پسند نہیں ہوتی۔ اَلْحَقُّ مُرٌّ حق بات کڑوی ہوتی ہے۔ بہت سے مواقع پر کسی حق گو انسان کو حق گوئی کی پاداش میں اپنی جان سے بھی ہاتھ دھونے پڑتے ہیں۔ یہاں پھر عدل و قسط کا معاملہ آیا ہے۔ اللہ خود قَآءِمًا بالْقِسْطِہے اور اللہ کے محبوب بندے وہی ہیں جو عدل کا حکم دیں ‘ انصاف کا ڈنکا بجانے کی کوشش کریں۔ تو فرمایا کہ جو ایسے لوگوں کو قتل کریں۔۔فَبَشِّرْہُمْ بِعَذَابٍ اَلِیْمٍ ۔لفظ بشارتیہاں طنز کے طور پر استعمال کیا گیا ہے۔
