- وَلَااور نہ
- یَحْسَبَنَّگمان کریں
- الَّذِیْنَوہ لوگ
- یَبْخَلُوْنَجو بخل کرتے ہیں
- بِمَاۤساتھ اس کے جو
- اٰتٰىهُمُعطا کیا ان کو
- اللّٰهُاللہ نے
- مِنْسے
- فَضْلِهٖاپنے فضل سے
- هُوَوہ
- خَیْرًااچھا ہے۔ بہتر ہے
- لَّهُمْ ؕان کے لیے
- بَلْبلکہ
- هُوَوہ
- شَرٌّبرا ہے
- لَّهُمْ ؕان کے لیے۔ بدتر ہے ان کے لیے
- سَیُطَوَّقُوْنَعنقریب وہ طوق پہنائے جائیں گے جو۔ اس کا
- مَاجو
- بَخِلُوْاانہوں نے بخل کیا
- بِهٖساتھ اس کے
- یَوْمَدن
- الْقِیٰمَةِ ؕقیامت کے
- وَلِلّٰهِاور اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے
- مِیْرَاثُمیراث
- السَّمٰوٰتِآسمانوں کی
- وَالْاَرْضِ ؕاور زمین کی
- وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
- بِمَاساتھ اس کے جو
- تَعْمَلُوْنَتم عمل کرتے ہو
- خَبِیْرٌباخبر ہے

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
جن لوگوں کو اللہ نے اپنے فضل سے نوازا ہے اور پھر وہ بخل سے کام لیتےہیں وہ اس خیال میں نہ رہیں کہ یہ بخیلی ا ن کےلیے اچھی ہے۔ نہیں، یہ ان کے حق میں نہایت بری ہے۔ جو کچھ وہ اپنی کنجوسی سے جمع کررہے ہیں وہی قیامت کے روز ان کے گلے کا طوق بن جائے گا۔ زمین اور آسمانوں کی میراث اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے1 اور تم جو کچھ کرتے ہو اللہ اس سے باخبر ہے

یعنی زمین و آسمان کی جو چیز بھی کوئی مخلوق استعمال کر رہی ہے وہ دراصل اللہ کی مِلک ہے اور اس پر مخلوق کا قبضہ و تصّرف عارضی ہے ۔ ہر ایک اپنے مقبوضات سے بہر حال بے دخل ہونا ہے اور آخر کار سب کچھ اللہ ہی کے پاس رہ جانے والا ہے۔ لہٰذا عقل مند ہے وہ جو اس عارضی قبضہ کے دَوران میں اللہ کے مال کو اللہ کی راہ میں دل کھول کر صرف کرتا ہے۔ اور سخت بیوقوف ہے وہ جو اسے بچا بچا کر رکھنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے۔
