- ضُرِبَتْماری گئی
- عَلَیْهِمُان پر
- الذِّلَّةُذلت
- اَیْنَجہاں کہیں
- مَامگر
- ثُقِفُوْۤاوہ پائے گئے
- اِلَّامگر
- بِحَبْلٍساتھ رسی کے (تعلق کے)

- یَكْفُرُوْنَکفر کرتے
- بِاٰیٰتِآیات کا
- اللّٰهِاللہ کی
- وَیَقْتُلُوْنَاور قتل کرتے
- الْاَنْۢبِیَآءَنبیوں کو
- بِغَیْرِنا
- حَقٍّ ؕحق
- ذٰلِكَیہ
- بِمَابو جوہ اس کے جو
- عَصَوْاانہوں نے نافرمانی کی
- وَّكَانُوْااور تھے وہ
- یَعْتَدُوْنَحد سے بڑھ جاتے

Translation and commentary
Bayan-ul-Quran
ان کے اوپر ذلت تھوپ دی گئی ہے جہاں کہیں بھی پائے جائیں سوائے یہ کہ (انہیں کسی وقت) اللہ کا کوئی سہارا حاصل ہوجائے یا لوگوں کی طرف سے کوئی سہارا مل جائے اور یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے غضب کے مستحق ہوگئے اور ان کے اوپر کم ہمتی مسلط کردی گئی یہ اس لیے ہوا کہ یہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی آیات کا انکار کرتے رہے اور انبیاء کو ناحق قتل کرتے رہے اور یہ اس لیے ہوا کہ انہوں نے نافرمانی کی روش اختیار کی اور حدود سے تجاوز کرتے رہے

Commentary
آیت 112 ضُرِبَتْ عَلَیْہِمُ الذِّلَّۃُ اَیْنَ مَا ثُقِفُوْآ اِلاَّ بِحَبْلٍ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ وَحَبْلٍ مِّنَ النَّاسِ جیسے آج پوری عیسائی دنیا ان کا سہارا بنی ہوئی ہے۔ اسرائیل اپنے بل پر نہیں ‘ بلکہ پوری عیسائی دنیا کی پشت پناہی پر قائم ہے۔ خلیج کی جنگ میں اتحادی افواج کے کمانڈر انچیف نے صاف کہہ دیا تھا کہ یہ ساری جنگ ہم نے اسرائیل کے تحفظ کے لیے لڑی ہے۔ گویا اس قدر خونریزی سے صرف اسرائیل کا تحفظ پیش نظر تھا۔ وَبَآءُ وْ بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَیْہِمُ الْمَسْکَنَۃُ ط ذٰلِکَ بِاَنَّہُمْ کَانُوْا یَکْفُرُوْنَ بِاٰیٰتِ اللّٰہِ وَیَقْتُلُوْنَ الْاَنْبِیَآءَ بِغَیْرِ حَقٍّ ط۔ذٰلِکَ بِمَا عَصَوْا وَّکَانُوْا یَعْتَدُوْنَ ۔یاد رہے کہ یہ آیت تھوڑے سے لفظی فرق کے ساتھ سورة البقرۃ میں بھی گزر چکی ہے۔ آیت 61
