Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور اگر تم ان سے پوچھو کس نے آسمان سے پانی برسایا اور اس کے ذریعہ سےمردہ پڑی ہوئی زمین کو جِلا اُٹھایا تو وہ ضرور کہیں گے  اللہ نے۔ کہو، الحمدللہ،1 مگر اکثر لوگ سمجھتے نہیں ہیں

  1. اس مقام پر اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰہ کا لفظ دو معنی دے رہا ہے۔ ایک یہ کہ جب یہ سارے کام اللہ کے ہیں تو پھر حمد کا مستحق بھی صرف وہی ہے ، دوسروں کو حمد کا استحقاق کہاں سے پہنچ گیا؟ دوسرے یہ کہ خدا کا شکر ہے ، اس بات کا اعتراف تم خود بھی کرتے ہو۔

اور اگر آپ ﷺ ان سے پوچھیں کہ کس نے برسایا آسمان سے پانی پس اس سے زندہ کردیا زمین کو اس کے ُ مردہ ہوجانے کے بعد ؟ تو وہ ضرور کہیں گے کہ اللہ نے آپ ﷺ کہہ دیں کہ کل شکر اور کل حمد اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے۔ لیکن ان میں سے اکثر لوگ عقل سے کام نہیں لیتے
