Commentary
آیت 3 وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِہِمْ ”ہم ان سے پہلے بھی ایمان کے ہر دعویدار کو آزماتے رہے ہیں اور آزمائش کے بغیر ہم کسی کے ایمان کو تسلیم نہیں کرتے۔فَلَیَعْلَمَنَّ اللّٰہُ الَّذِیْنَ صَدَقُوْا وَلَیَعْلَمَنَّ الْکٰذِبِیْنَ ”اگرچہ ان الفاظ کا لفظی ترجمہ تو یہ ہے کہ ”اللہ جان کر رہے گا“ لیکن چونکہ اللہ تعالیٰ کے علم قدیم سے کچھ بھی پوشیدہ نہیں ہے اور وہ انسانوں کی نیتوں اور دلوں کے حالات سے بخوبی واقف ہے ‘ اس لیے یہاں اللہ کے ”جان لینے“ کا مفہوم دراصل یہی ہے کہ اللہ ظاہر کر دے گا کہ کون کتنے پانی میں ہے ! وہ ممیز کر دے گا کہ کون منافق ہے اور کون سچا مؤمن ! کون ضعیف الایمان ہے اور کون قوئ الایمان ! کون سچا جاں نثار ہے اور کون محض دودھ پینے والا مجنوں ہے !یہاں یہ بات بھی لائق توجہ ہے کہ گزشتہ دو آیات میں اگر خفگی کا اظہار ہے تو اگلی دو آیات میں اہل ایمان کی دلجوئی کا سامان بھی ہے۔ گویا ترہیب اور ترغیب ساتھ ساتھ ہیں۔ اس کی مثال ایسے ہے جیسے ایک شفیق استاد اپنے شاگرد کو ایک وقت میں ڈانٹ پلاتا ہے لیکن پھر اس کے بعد تھپکی دے کر اس کی حوصلہ افزائی بھی کرتا ہے۔ اس نکتے کو اس حدیث کے حوالے سے بھی سمجھنا چاہیے۔ حضور ﷺ کا فرمان ہے : اَلْخَلْقُ عَیَال اللّٰہِ 1 کہ تمام مخلوق اللہ کا کنبہ ہے۔ یعنی اللہ اپنی مخلوق اور خصوصاً اپنے بندوں سے بہت محبت کرتا ہے۔ چناچہ اس محبت اور شفقت کی جھلک اگلی آیت میں صاف نظر آرہی ہے :
