Commentary
وَہُوَ اَعْلَمُ بالْمُہْتَدِیْنَ ”یہ آیت خاص طور پر حضور ﷺ کے چچا ابو طالب کے بارے میں ہے۔ حضور ﷺ کی شدید خواہش تھی کہ وہ ایمان لے آئیں۔ ان کا انتقال 10 نبوی میں ہوا تھا۔ ان کے آخری وقت بھی حضور ﷺ نے ان سے بہت اصرار کیا کہ چچا جان ! آپ اَشْھَدُ اَنْ لَا اِلٰہَ اِلَّا اللّٰہُ وَاَشْھَدُ اَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُوْلُ اللّٰہِ کے کلمات میرے کان میں کہہ دیں تاکہ میں اللہ کے ہاں آپ کے ایمان کی گواہی دے سکوں ‘ لیکن وہ اس سے محروم رہے۔ بہر حال یہ بھی ایک حقیقت ہے کہ حضور ﷺ پر ان کے بہت احسانات ہیں اور ان کے وہ احسانات حضور ﷺ کی نسبت سے ہم سب پر بھی ہیں۔ اس لیے ہمیں چاہیے کہ ان کا نام ادب سے لیں اور ان کا ذکر احترام سے کریں۔
