  1. وَاِنَّهٗاور بیشک وہ
  2. لَهُدًیالبتہ ہدایت ہے
  3. وَّرَحْمَةٌاور رحمت ہے
  4. لِّلْمُؤْمِنِیْنَایمان لانے والوں کے لئے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور یہ ہدایت اور رحمت ہے ایمان لانے والوں کے لیے۔1

  1. یعنی اُن لوگوں کے لیے جو اس قرآن کی دعوت کو قبول کر لیں اور وہ بات ما ن لیں جسے یہ پیش کر رہا ہے ۔ ایسے لوگ اُن گمراہیوں سے بچ جائیں گے جن میں ان کی قوم مبتلا ہے۔ ان کو اس قرآن کی بدولت  زندگی کا سیدھا راستہ مل جائے گا اور ان پر خدا کی وہ مہر بانیاں ہوں گی جن کا تصور بھی کفارِ قریش آج نہیں کر سکتے ۔ اس رحمت کی بارش کو بھی چند ہی سال بعد دنیا نے دیکھ لیا کہ وہی لوگ جو ریگ زارِ عرب کے ایک گوشہ گنامی میں پڑے ہوئے تھے اور کفر کی حالت میں زیادہ سے زیادہ ایک کامیاب اچھا پہ مار بن سکتے تھے، اس قرآن پر ایمان لانے کے بعد یکایک وہ دنیا کے پیشوا ، قوموں کے امام، تہذیب انسانی کے استاد اور روئے زمین کے ایک بڑے حصّے پر فرمانروا ہو گئے۔

اور یقیناً یہ (قرآن) ہدایت اور رحمت ہے اہل ایمان کے حق میں

آیت 76 اِنَّ ہٰذَا الْقُرْاٰنَ یَقُصُّ عَلٰی بَنِیْٓ اِسْرَآءِ یْلَ اَکْثَرَ الَّذِیْ ہُمْ فِیْہِ یَخْتَلِفُوْنَ ”تورات کا نزول قرآن سے دو ہزار سال پہلے ہوا تھا۔ اصل کتاب مدتوں پہلے گم ہوچکی تھی ‘ پھر ایک عرصے بعد اسے یادداشتوں کی مدد سے دوبارہ مرتب کیا گیا اور بنی اسرائیل نے اپنی من پسند روایات کے ذریعے سے بہت سی غلط باتیں اللہ سے منسوب کردیں۔ جیسے اقبال نے کہا ہے : ع ”یہ امتّ روایات میں کھو گئی !“ بہر حال قرآن نے ہرچیز کو کھول کر بیان کردیا اور حقیقت ہر پہلو سے منکشف ہوگئی۔
