Surah 20, ayah 66

  1. قَالَکہا
  2. بَلْبلکہ
  3. اَلْقُوْا ۚتم ڈالو
  4. فَاِذَاتو دفعتا
  5. حِبَالُهُمْان کی رسیاں
  6. وَعِصِیُّهُمْاور ان کی لاٹھیاں
  7. یُخَیَّلُخیال جاتا تھا
  8. اِلَیْهِاس کی طرف
  9. مِنْوجہ سے
  10. سِحْرِهِمْان کے جادو کی (وجہ سے)
  11. اَنَّهَاکہ بیشک وہ
  12. تَسْعٰیدوڑرہی ہیں

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

موسیٰؑ نے کہا”نہیں، تم ہی پھینکو۔“یکایک اُن کی رسّیاں اور اُن کی لاٹھیاں اُن کے جادُو کے زور سے موسیٰؑ کو دوڑتی ہوئی محسوس ہونے لگیں،1

  1. سورۂ اعراف میں بیان ہوا تھا کہ  فَلَمَّآ اَلْقَوْ ا سَحَرُوْٓ ا اَعْیُنَ النَّاسِ وَ اسْتَرْھَبُوْ ھُمْ،”جب انہوں نے اپنے اَنچھر پھینکے تو لوگوں کی نگاہوں کو مسحور کر دیا اور انہیں دہشت زدہ کر دیا“(آیت 11۶)۔ یہاں بتایا جا رہا ہے کہ یہ اثر صرف عام لوگوں پر ہی نہیں ہوا تھا ، خود حضرت موسیٰ بھی سحر کے اثر سے متاثر ہو گئے تھے۔ ان کی صرف آنکھوں ہی نے یہ محسوس نہیں کیا بلکہ ان کے خیال  پر بھی یہ اثر پڑا کہ لاٹھیاں اور رسیاں سانپ بن کر دوڑ رہی ہیں۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

موسیٰ ؑ ٰ نے کہا : بلکہ تم ہی ڈالو تو دفعتاً ان کی رسیاں اور لاٹھیاں ان کے جادو کے اثر سے اس کو ایسے نظر آنے لگیں گویا وہ دوڑ رہی ہیں

Commentary

آیت 66 قَالَ بَلْ اَلْقُوْاج ”تو یوں حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام نے جادوگروں کو پہل کرنے کی دعوت دے دی۔ فَاِذَا حِبَالُہُمْ وَعِصِیُّہُمْ یُخَیَّلُ اِلَیْہِ مِنْ سِحْرِہِمْ اَنَّہَا تَسْعٰی ”حِبال جمع ہے حبل رسی کی اور عِصِیّ جمع ہے عصا لاٹھی کی۔ یعنی جادوگروں نے میدان میں رسیاں اور لاٹھیاں پھینک دیں جو ان کے جادو کے اثر سے دیکھنے والوں کو سانپوں کی طرح بھاگتی دوڑتی نظر آنے لگیں۔
