Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ہم کو وحی سے بتایا گیا ہے کہ عذاب ہے اُس کے لیے جو جُھٹلائے اور منہ موڑے۔“1

  1. اس واقعے کو بائیبل اور تلمود میں جس طرح بیان کیا گیا ہے اسے بھی ایک نظر دیکھ لیجیے تاکہ اندازہ ہو کہ قرآن مجید انبیاء علیہم السّلام کا ذکر کس شان سے کرتا ہے اور بنی اسرائیل کی روایات میں ان کی کیسی تصوری پیش کی گئی ہے۔ بائیبل کا بیان ہے کہ پہلی مرتبہ جب خدا نے موسیٰ ؑ سے کہا کہ”اب میں تجھے فرعون کے پاس بھیجتا ہوں کہ تُو میری قوم بنی اسرائیل کو مصر سے نکال لائے“ تو حضرت موسیٰؑ نے جواب  میں کہا” میں کون ہوں جو فرعون کے پاس جاؤں اور بنی اسرائیل کو مصر سے نکال لاؤں“۔  پھر خدا نے حضرت موسیٰؑ کو بہت کچھ سمجھایا ، ان کی ڈھارس بندھائی، معجزے عطا کیے ، مگر حضرت موسیٰؑ نے پھر کہا تو یہی کہا کہ”اے خداوند،  میں تیری منت کرتا ہوں کسی اور کے ہاتھ سے جسے تُو چاہے یہ پیغام بھیج“۔ (خروج 4)۔ تلمود کی روایت اس سے بھی چند قدم آگے جاتی ہے۔ اس کا بیان یہ ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اور حضرت موسیٰؑ کے درمیان سات دن تک اِسی بات پر ردوکد ہوتی رہی۔ اللہ کہتا رہا کہ نبی بن، مگر موسیٰؑ کہتے رہے کہ میری زبان ہی نہیں کھلتی تو میں نبی کیسے بن جاؤں۔ آخر  اللہ میاں نے کہا میری خوشی یہ ہے کہ تُو ہی بنی بن۔ اس پر حضرت موسیٰؑ نے کہا کہ لُوط کو بچانے کےلیے آپ نے فرشتے بھیجے ، ہاجرہ جب سارہ کے گھر سے نکلی تو اس کے لیے پانچ فرشتے بھیجے، اور اب اپنے خاص بچوں (بنی اسرائیل) کو مصر سے نکلوانے کے لیے آپ مجھے بھیج رہے ہیں۔ اس پر خداوند ناراض ہو گیا اور اس نے رسالت میں ان کے ساتھ ہارون کو شریک کر دیا اور موسیٰ کی اولاد کو محروم کر کے کہانت کا منصب ہارون کی اولاد کو دے دیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ کتابیں ہیں جن کے متعلق بے شرم لوگ کہتے ہیں کہ قرآن میں ان سے یہ قصّے نقل کر لیے گئے ہیں۔

Commentary

آیت 48 اِنَّا قَدْ اُوْحِیَ اِلَیْنَآ اَنَّ الْعَذَابَ عَلٰی مَنْ کَذَّبَ وَتَوَلّٰی ”چنانچہ حضرت موسیٰ اور حضرت ہارون علیہ السلام نے فرعون کے دربار میں پہنچ کر اللہ کا پیغام پوری تفصیل کے ساتھ اس تک پہنچا دیا۔
