Commentary
آیت 84 وَاِذْ اَخَذْنَا مِیْثَاقَکُمْ “ لاَ تَسْفِکُوْنَ دِمَآءَ کُمْ “ یعنی آپس میں جنگ نہیں کرو گے ‘ باہم خون ریزی نہیں کروگے۔ تم بنی اسرائیل ایک وحدت بن کر رہو گے ‘ تم سب بھائی بھائی بن کر رہو گے۔ جیسا کہ قرآن مجید میں آیا ہے : اِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ اِخْوَۃٌ الحُجُرٰت : 10 وَلاَ تُخْرِجُوْنَ اَنْفُسَکُمْ مِّنْ دِیَارِکُمْ ثُمَّ اَقْرَرْتُمْ وَاَنْتُمْ تَشْہَدُوْنَ ۔“ یعنی تم نے اس قول وقرار کو پورے شعور کے ساتھ مانا تھا۔ حضرت موسیٰ اور حضرت ہارون علیہ السلام کی وفات کے بعد بنی اسرائیل نے حضرت یوشع بن نون کی قیادت میں فلسطین کو فتح کرنا شروع کیا۔ سب سے پہلا شہر اریحا Jericko فتح کیا گیا۔ اس کے بعد جب سارا فلسطین فتح کرلیا تو انہوں نے ایک مرکزی حکومت قائم نہیں کی ‘ بلکہ بارہ قبیلوں نے اپنی اپنی بارہ حکومتیں بنا لیں۔ ان حکومتوں کی باہمی آویزش کے نتیجے میں ان کی آپس میں جنگیں ہوتی تھیں اور یہ ایک دوسرے پر حملہ کر کے وہاں کے لوگوں کو نکال باہر کرتے تھے ‘ انہیں بھاگنے پر مجبور کردیتے تھے۔ لیکن اگر ان میں سے کچھ لوگ فرار ہو کر کسی کافر ملک میں چلے جاتے اور کفارّ انہیں غلام یا قیدی بنا لیتے اور یہ اس حالت میں ان کے سامنے لائے جاتے تو فدیہ دے کر انہیں چھڑا لیتے کہ ہمیں حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ تمہارا اسرائیلی بھائی اگر کبھی اسیر ہوجائے تو اس کو فدیہ دے کر چھڑا لو۔ یہ ان کا جزوی اطاعت کا طرز عمل تھا کہ ایک حکم کو تو مانا نہیں اور دوسرے پر عمل ہو رہا ہے۔ اصل حکم تو یہ تھا کہ آپس میں خونریزی مت کرو اور اپنے بھائی بندوں کو ان کے گھروں سے مت نکالو۔ اس حکم کی تو پروا نہیں کی اور اسے توڑ دیا ‘ لیکن اس وجہ سے جو اسرائیلی غلام بن گئے یا اسیر ہوگئے اب ان کو بڑے متقیانہّ انداز میں چھڑا رہے ہیں کہ یہ اللہ کا حکم ہے ‘ شریعت کا حکم ہے۔ یہ ہے وہ تضاد جو مسلمان امتوں کے اندر پیدا ہوجاتا ہے۔
