  1. وَمَثَلُاور مثال
  2. الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کی
  3. یُنْفِقُوْنَجو خرچ کرتے ہیں
  4. اَمْوَالَهُمُاپنے مالوں کو
  5. ابْتِغَآءَتلاش کرنے کے لیے
  6. مَرْضَاتِمرضی۔ رضامندی
  7. اللّٰهِاللہ کی
  8. وَتَثْبِیْتًااورپختگی۔ ثابت قدمی
  9. مِّنْکی طرف
  10. اَنْفُسِهِمْاپنے نفسوں کی۔ ان کے نفسوں
  11. كَمَثَلِمانند مثال
  12. جَنَّةٍایک باغ کے ہے
  13. بِرَبْوَةٍاونچی جگہ پر
  14. اَصَابَهَاپہنچے اس کو
  15. وَابِلٌتیز بارش
  16. فَاٰتَتْتو وہ دے دے
  17. اُكُلَهَاپھل اپنا
  18. ضِعْفَیْنِ ۚدوگنا
  19. فَاِنْپھر اگر
  20. لَّمْنہ
  21. یُصِبْهَاپہنچے اس کو
  22. وَابِلٌتیز بارش
  23. فَطَلٌّ ؕتو شبنم ہی سہی۔ کافی ہے
  24. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
  25. بِمَاساتھ اس کے جو
  26. تَعْمَلُوْنَتم عمل کرتے ہو
  27. بَصِیْرٌدیکھنے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

بخلاف اس کے جو لوگ اپنے مال محض اللہ کی رضا جوئی کے لیے دل کے پورے ثبات و قرار کے ساتھ خرچ کرتے ہیں، ان کےخرچ کی مثال ایسی ہے، جیسے کسی سطح مرتفع پر ایک باغ ہو۔ اگر زور کی بارش ہو جائے تو دوگنا پھل لائے، اور اگر زور کی بارش نہ بھی ہو تو ایک ہلکی پھوارہی اس کے لیے کافی ہو جائے۔1 تم جو کچھ کرتے ہو ، سب اللہ کی نظر میں ہے

اور مثال ان لوگوں کی جو خرچ کرتے ہیں اپنے مال اللہ کی رضاجوئی کے لیے اور اپنے دلوں کو جمائے رکھنے کے لیے اس باغ کی مانند ہے جو بلندی پر واقع ہو اب اگر اس باغ کے اوپر زوردار بارش برسے تو دو گنا پھل لائے اور اگر زوردار بارش نہ بھی برسے تو ہلکی سی پھوار (ہی اس کے لیے کافی ہوجائے) اور جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اللہ تعالیٰ اس کو دیکھ رہا ہے

Commentary

آیت 265 وَمَثَلُ الَّذِیْنَ یُنْفِقُوْنَ اَمْوَالَہُمُ ابْتِغَآءَ مَرْضَات اللّٰہِ وَتَثْبِیْتًا مِّنْ اَنْفُسِہِمْ کَمَثَلِ جَنَّۃٍم بِرَبْوَۃٍ جیسا کہ میں عرض کرچکا ہوں کہ قدرتی باغ کا یہی تصور ہوتا تھا کہ ذرا اونچائی پر واقع ہے ‘ اس کے دامن میں کوئی ندی بہہ رہی ہے جس سے خود بخود آب پاشی ہو رہی ہے اور وہ سیراب ہو رہا ہے۔[ قادیانیوں نے اسی لفظ ربوہ کے نام پر پاکستان میں اپنا شہر بنایا۔ ]اَصَابَہَا وَابِلٌ فَاٰتَتْ اُکُلَہَا ضِعْفَیْنِ ج فَاِنْ لَّمْ یُصِبْہَا وَابِلٌ فَطَلٌّ ط وَاللّٰہُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُوْنَ بَصِیْرٌ لہٰذا تم دروں بینی intro spection کرتے رہا کرو کہ تم جو یہ مال خرچ کر رہے ہو واقعتا خلوص دل اور اخلاص نیت کے ساتھ اللہ ہی کے لیے کر رہے ہو۔ کہیں غیر شعوری طور پر تمہارا کوئی اور جذبہ اس میں شامل نہ ہوجائے۔ چناچہ اپنے گریبانوں میں جھانکتے رہو۔
