- تَجْعَلُواتم بناؤ
- اللّٰهَاللہ کو
- عُرْضَةًنشانہ۔ ڈھال۔ ہدف
- لِّاَیْمَانِكُمْاپنی قسموں کے لیے

- تَبَرُّوْاتم نیکی کرو
- وَتَتَّقُوْااور تم تقوی اختیار کرو

Commentary
آیت 224 وَلاَ تَجْعَلُوا اللّٰہَ عُرْضَۃً لِاَّیْمَانِکُمْ اَنْ تَبَرُّوْا وَتَتَّقُوْا وَتُصْلِحُوْا بَیْنَ النَّاسِ ط یعنی اللہ تعالیٰ کے عظیم نام کو استعمال کرتے ہوئے ایسی قسمیں مت کھاؤ جو نیکی وتقویٰ اور مقصد اصلاح کے خلاف ہوں۔ کسی وقت غصے ّ میں آکر آدمی قسم کھا بیٹھتا ہے کہ میں فلاں شخص سے کبھی حسن سلوک اور بھلائی نہیں کروں گا ‘ اس سے روکا گیا ہے۔ حضرت ابوبکر صدیق رض نے بھی اسی طرح کی قسم کھالی تھی۔ مِسطَح ایک غریب مسلمان تھے ‘ جو آپ رض کے قرابت ‘ دار بھی تھے۔ ان کی آپ رض مدد کیا کرتے تھے۔ جب حضرت عائشہ صدیقہ رض پر تہمت لگی تو مسطح بھی اس آگ کے بھڑکانے والوں میں شامل ہوگئے۔ حضرت ابوبکر رض ان کے طرز عمل سے بہت رنجیدہ خاطر ہوئے کہ میں تو اس کی سرپرستی کرتا رہا اور یہ میری بیٹی پر تہمت لگانے والوں میں شامل ہوگیا۔ آپ رض نے قسم کھائی کہ اب میں کبھی اس کی مدد نہیں کروں گا۔ یہ واقعہ سورة النور میں آئے گا۔ مسلمانوں سے کہا جا رہا ہے کہ تم ایسا نہ کرو ‘ تم اپنی نیکی کے دروازے کیوں بند کرتے ہو ؟ جس نے ایسی قسم کھالی ہے وہ اس قسم کو کھول دے اور قسم کا کفارہ دے دے۔ اسی طرح لوگوں کے مابین مصالحت کرانا بھی ضروری ہے۔ دو بھائیوں کے درمیان جھگڑا تھا ‘ آپ نے مصالحت کی کوشش کی لیکن آپ کی بات نہیں مانی گئی ‘ اس پر آپ نے غصے میں آکر کہہ دیا کہ اللہ کی قسم ‘ اب میں ان کے معاملے میں دخل نہیں دوں گا۔ اس طرح کی قسمیں کھانے سے روکا گیا ہے۔ اور اگر کسی نے ایسی کوئی قسم کھائی ہے تو وہ اسے توڑ دے اور اس کا کفارہّ دے دے۔
