  1. وَاَنْفِقُوْااور خرچ کرو

  3. سَبِیْلِراستے
  4. اللّٰهِاللہ کے
  5. وَلَااور نہ
  6. تُلْقُوْاتم ڈالو (خود کو)
  7. بِاَیْدِیْكُمْساتھ اپنے ہاتھوں کو
  8. اِلَیطرف
  9. التَّهْلُكَةِ ۛۖۚہلاکت کے۔ میں
  10. وَاَحْسِنُوْا ۛۚاور احسان کرو
  11. اِنَّبیشک
  12. اللّٰهَاللہ
  13. یُحِبُّمحبت رکھتا ہے
  14. الْمُحْسِنِیْنَاحسان کرنے والوں سے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرو اور اپنے آپ کو ہلاکت میں نہ ڈالو۔1 احسان کا طریقہ اختیا ر کرو کہ اللہ محسنوں کو پسند کرتا ہے۔2

  1. اللہ کی راہ میں خرچ کرنے سے مُراد اللہ کے دین کو قائم کرنے کی سعی و جہد میں مالی قربانیاں کرنا ہے۔ آیت کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ اگر تم خدا کے دین کو سربلند کرنے کے لیے اپنا مال خرچ نہ کرو گےا ور اس کے مقابلے میں اپنے ذاتی مفاد کو عزیز رکھو گے، تو یہ تمہارے لیے دُنیا میں بھی موجب ِ ہلاکت ہو گا اور آخرت میں بھی۔ دُنیا میں تم کفّار سے مغلوب اور ذلیل ہو کر رہو گے اور آخرت میں تم سے سخت بار پرس ہو گی۔

  2. احسان کا لفظ حُسن سے نِکلا ہے، جس  کے معنی کسی کام کو خوبی کے ساتھ کرنے کے ہیں۔ عمل کا ایک درجہ یہ ہے کہ آدمی کے سپرد جو خدمت ہو، اُسے بس کردے۔ اور دُوسرا درجہ یہ ہے کہ اسے خوبی کے ساتھ کرے، اپنی پُوری قابلیت اور اپنے تمام وسائل اس میں صرف کر دے اور دل و جان سے اس کی تکمیل کی کوشش کرے۔ پہلا درجہ محض طاعت کا درجہ ہے، جس کے لیے صرف تقویٰ اور خوف کافی ہو جاتا ہے۔ اور دُوسرا درجہ احسان کا درجہ ہے، جس کے لیے محبت اور گہرا قلبی لگا ؤ درکار ہوتا ہے۔
