یہ وہ لوگ ہیں کہ جنہوں نے ہدایت کے عوض گمراہی خرید لی ہے۔ سو نافع نہ ہوئی ان کی تجارت ان کے حق میں اور نہ ہوئے راہ پانے والے۔

Commentary
آیت 16 اُولٰٓءِکَ الَّذِیْنَ اشْتَرَوُا الضَّلٰلَۃَ بالْھُدٰیص یہ بڑا پیارا انداز بیان ہے۔ ان کے سامنے دونوں options تھے۔ ایک شخص نے گمراہی کو چھوڑا اور ہدایت لے لی۔ اسے اس کی بھاری قیمت دینا پڑی۔ اسے تکلیفیں اٹھانی پڑیں ‘ آزمائشوں میں سے گزرنا پڑا ‘ قربانیاں دینا پڑیں۔ اس نے یہ سب کچھ منظور کیا اور ہدایت لے لی۔ جبکہ ایک شخص نے ہدایت دے کر گمراہی لے لی ہے۔ آسانی تو ہوگئی ‘ فوری تکلیف سے تو بچ گئے ‘ دونوں طرف سے اپنے مفادات کو بچالیا ‘ لیکن حقیقت میں سب سے زیادہ گھاٹے کا سودا یہی ہے۔فَمَا رَبِحَتْ تِّجَارَتُھُمْ وَمَا کَانُوْا مُھْتَدِیْنَ ”رَبِحَ یَرْبَحُ“ کے معنی ہیں تجارت وغیرہ میں نفع اٹھانا ‘ جو ایک صحیح اور جائز نفع ہے ‘ جبکہ ”رب و“ مادہ سے رَبَا یَرْبُوْکے معنی بھی مال میں اضافہ اور بڑھوتری کے ہیں ‘ لیکن وہ حرام ہے۔ تجارت کے اندر جو نفع ہوجائے وہ ”رِبح“ ہے ‘ جو جائز نفع ہے اور اپنا مال کسی کو قرض دے کر اس سے سود وصول کرنا ”رِبا“ ہے جو حرام ہے۔ اب یہاں دو بڑی پیاری تمثیلیں آرہی ہیں۔ پہلی تمثیل کفار کے بارے میں ہے اور دوسری تمثیل منافقین کے بارے میں۔
