  12. السَّمَآءِآسمان (سے)
  13. فَتُصْبِحَتو ہوجائے یہ
  14. صَعِیْدًامیدان

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تو بعید نہیں کہ میرا رب مجھے تیری جنت سے بہتر عطا فرما دے اور تیری جنت پر آسمان سے کوئی آفت بھیج دے جس سے وہ صاف میدان بن کر رہ جائے

تو امید ہے کہ میرا رب تیرے باغ سے بہتر باغ مجھے دے دے اور وہ بھیج دے اس (تیرے باغ) پر کوئی آفت آسمان سے تو وہ صاف چٹیل میدان ہو کر رہ جائے

Commentary

آیت 40 فَعَسٰي رَبِّيْٓ اَنْ يُّؤْتِيَنِ خَيْرًا مِّنْ جَنَّتِكَ مجھے یقین ہے کہ میرا رب اگر چاہے تو تمہارے ان باغوں سے بہتر نعمتوں سے مجھے نواز دے۔وَيُرْسِلَ عَلَيْهَا حُسْـبَانًا مِّنَ السَّمَاۗءِ فَتُصْبِحَ صَعِيْدًا زَلَقًایہ بھی ممکن ہے کہ تمہارے اس کفر وتکبر کے باعث اللہ تعالیٰ تمہارے باغوں پر کوئی ایسی آفت نازل کر دے کہ اس قطعہ زمین پر کسی درخت یا کسی بیل وغیرہ کا نام و نشان تک نہ رہے۔
