وَاضْرِبْاور بیان کیجئے
لَهُمْان کے لئے
مَّثَلًاایک مثال
رَّجُلَیْنِدو لوگوں کی
جَعَلْنَابنائے ہم نے
لِاَحَدِهِمَاان دونوں میں سے ایک کے لئے
جَنَّتَیْنِدو باغ
مِنْکے
اَعْنَابٍانگوروں
وَّحَفَفْنٰهُمَااور گھیر لیا ہم نے ان دونوں کو
بِنَخْلٍکھجوروں کے ساتھ
وَّجَعَلْنَااور بنائے ہم نے
بَیْنَهُمَاان دونوں کے درمیان
زَرْعًاکھیت
۟ؕ

اے محمدؐ ، اِن کے سامنے ایک مثال پیش کرو۔¹ دو شخص تھے۔ ان میں سے ایک کو ہم نے انگور کے دو باغ دیے اور اُن کے گرد کھجُور کے درختوں کی باڑھ لگائی اور ان کے درمیان کاشت کی زمین رکھی

اس مثال کی مناسبت سمجھنے کے لیے پچھلے رکوع کی وہ آیت نگاہ میں رہنی چاہیے جس میں مکے کے متکبر سرداروں کی اس بات کا جواب دیا گیا تھا کہ ہم غریب مسلمانوں کے ساتھ آ کر نہیں بیٹھ سکتے ، انہیں ہٹا دیا جائے تو ہم آ کر سنیں گے کہ تم کیا کہنا چاہتے ہو۔ اس مقام پر وہ مثال بھی نگاہ میں رہے جو سورہ القلم، آیات 17 تا 33 میں بیان فرمائی گئی ہے۔ نیز سورہ مریم، آیات 73، 74۔ سورہ المومنون ، آیات 55 تا ۶1۔ سورہ سبا ، آیات 34 تا 3۶ ، اور حٰمٰ سجدہ ، آیات 49۔ 5۰ پربھی ایک نظر ڈال لی جائے۔
