Surah 17, ayah 70

  1. وَلَقَدْاور البتہ تحقیق
  2. كَرَّمْنَاعزت بخشی ہم نے
  3. بَنِیْۤبنی
  4. اٰدَمَآدم کو
  5. وَحَمَلْنٰهُمْاور سوار کیا ہمنے ان کو
  6. فِیمیں
  7. الْبَرِّخشکی
  8. وَالْبَحْرِاور سمندر میں
  9. وَرَزَقْنٰهُمْاور رزق دیا ہم نے ان کو
  10. مِّنَسے
  11. الطَّیِّبٰتِپاکیزہ چیزوں میں (سے)
  12. وَفَضَّلْنٰهُمْاور فضیلت دی ہم نے ان کو
  13. عَلٰیاوپر
  14. كَثِیْرٍبہت ساروں کے
  15. مِّمَّنْان میں سے جو
  16. خَلَقْنَاپیدا کئے ہم نے
  17. تَفْضِیْلًافضیلت دینا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

یہ تو ہماری عنایت ہے کہ ہم نے بنی آدم کو بزرگی دی اور انہیں خشکی و تری میں سواریاں عطا کیں اور ان کو پاکیزہ چیزوں سے رزق دیااور اپنی بہت سی مخلوقات پر نمایاں فوقیت بخشی۔1

  1. یعنی یہ ایک بالکل کھلی ہوئی حقیقت ہے کہ نوع انسانی کو زمین اور اس کی اشیاء پر یہ اقتدار کسی جن یا فرشتے یا سیارے نے نہیں عطا کیا ہے، نہ کسی ولی یا نبی نے اپنی نوع کو یہ اقتدار دلوایا ہے ۔ یقیناً یہ اللہ ہی کی بخشش او ر اس کا کرم ہے۔ پھر اس سے بڑھ کر حماقت اور جہالت کیا ہو سکتی ہے کہ انسان اس مرتبے پر فائز ہو کر اللہ کے بجائے  اس کی مخلوق کے آگے جھکے۔
