- وَّجَعَلْنَااورہم ڈال دیتے ہیں
- عَلٰیپر
- قُلُوْبِهِمْان کے دلوں
- اَكِنَّةًغلاف
- اَنْکہ
- یَّفْقَهُوْهُوہ (نہ) سمجھیں اس کو
- وَفِیْۤمیں
- اٰذَانِهِمْاور ان کے کانوں
- وَقْرًا ؕبوجھ ہوتا ہے
- وَاِذَااور جب
- ذَكَرْتَتم ذکر کرتے ہو
- رَبَّكَاپنے رب کا
- فِیمیں
- الْقُرْاٰنِقرآن
- وَحْدَهٗاکیلے اسی کا
- وَلَّوْاوہ مڑجاتے ہیں
- عَلٰۤیپر
- اَدْبَارِهِمْاپنی پیٹھوں پر
- نُفُوْرًانفرت کرتے ہوئے

اور ان کے دلوں پر بھی ہم پردے ڈال دیتے ہیں کہ وہ اسے سمجھ نہ سکیں اور ان کے کانوں میں ثقل (پیدا کردیتے ہیں) اور جب آپ قرآن میں تنہا اپنے رب ہی کا ذکر کرتے ہیں تو یہ اپنی پیٹھیں موڑ کر چل دیتے ہیں نفرت کے ساتھ

Commentary
وَاِذَا ذَكَرْتَ رَبَّكَ فِي الْقُرْاٰنِ وَحْدَهٗ وَلَّوْا عَلٰٓي اَدْبَارِهِمْ نُفُوْرًایہ لوگ اپنے تعصب کی وجہ سے اکیلے اللہ کا ذکر بطور معبود برداشت ہی نہیں کرسکتے۔ وہ چاہتے ہیں کہ اللہ کے ساتھ ساتھ ان کے معبودوں کا بھی کبھی کبھار ذکر ہوا کرے اور ایسا نہ ہونے کی صورت میں وہ اکیلے اللہ کا ذکر سننے کو تیار نہیں ہیں۔ چناچہ وہ بدک کر نفرت کے ساتھ پیٹھ موڑ کر چلے جاتے ہیں۔
