Commentary
وَاَنْزَلْنَآ اِلَيْكَ الذِّكْرَ لِتُبَيِّنَ للنَّاسِ مَا نُزِّلَ اِلَيْهِمْ وَلَعَلَّهُمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوْنَ یہاں قرآن کے لیے پھر لفظ ”الذکر“ استعمال ہوا ہے ‘ یعنی یہ قرآن ایک طرح کی یاد دہانی ہے۔ یہ آیت منکرین سنت و حدیث کے خلاف ایک واضح دلیل فراہم کرتی ہے۔ اس کی رو سے قرآن کی ”تبیین“ رسول کا فرض منصبی ہے۔ قرآن کے اسرار و رموز کو سمجھانا اس میں اگر کوئی نکتہ مجمل ہے تو اس کی تفصیل بیان کرنا ‘ اگر کوئی حکم مبہم ہے تو اس کی وضاحت کرنا رسول اللہ کا فرض منصبی تھا۔ یہ فرض اس آیت کی رو سے خود اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کو تفویض کیا ہے ‘ مگر منکرین سنت آج آپ کو یہ حق دینے کے لیے تیار نہیں ہیں۔ ان کی رائے کے مطابق یہ اللہ کی کتاب ہے جو اللہ کے رسول نے ہم تک پہنچا دی ہے ‘ اب ہم خود اس کو پڑھیں گے ‘ خود سمجھیں گے اور خود ہی عمل کی جہتیں متعین کریں گے۔ حضور کے سمجھانے کی اگر کچھ ضرورت تھی بھی تو وہ اپنے زمانے کی حد تک تھی۔ فیا للعجب !
