- اَفَمَنْکیا بھلا وہ شخص
- كَانَہو
- عَلٰیاوپر
- بَیِّنَةٍا یک واضح دلیل کے
- مِّنْکی
- رَّبِّهٖاپنے رب کی طرف
- وَیَتْلُوْهُاور پیچھے آتا ہے
- شَاهِدٌاس کے ایک گواہ
- مِّنْهُاس سے
- وَمِنْاور اس سے
- قَبْلِهٖپہلے تھی
- كِتٰبُکتاب
- مُوْسٰۤیموسیٰ کی
- اِمَامًاراہ نما
- وَّرَحْمَةً ؕاور رحمت
- اُولٰٓىِٕكَیہی لوگ
- یُؤْمِنُوْنَایمان رکھتے ہیں
- بِهٖ ؕاس پر
- وَمَنْاور جو کوئی
- یَّكْفُرْکفر کرے
- بِهٖساتھ اس کے
- مِنَمیں سے
- الْاَحْزَابِگروہوں
- فَالنَّارُتو آگ
- مَوْعِدُهٗ ۚاس کی وعدہ گاہ ہے
- فَلَاپس نہ
- تَكُتم ہو
- فِیْمیں
- مِرْیَةٍکسی شک (میں)
- مِّنْهُ ۗاس سے
- اِنَّهُبیشک وہ
- الْحَقُّحق ہے
- مِنْسے
- رَّبِّكَتیرے رب کی طرف سے
- وَلٰكِنَّاور لیکن
- اَكْثَرَاکثر
- النَّاسِلوگ
- لَانہیں

Bayan-ul-Quran
تو بھلا وہ شخص جو اپنے رب کی طرف سے ایک واضح دلیل پر ہو اور اس کے پیچھے آئے اللہ کی طرف سے ایک گواہ بھی اور اس سے پہلے کتاب موسیٰ بھی موجود تھی جو امام (راہنما) بھی تھی اور رحمت بھی یہی لوگ ہیں جو اس (قرآن) پر ایمان لائیں گے اور جو اس کا انکار کرے گا ان گروہوں میں سے تو آگ ہی اس کے وعدہ کی جگہ ہے تو آپ اس کے بارے میں کسی شک میں نہ پڑیں یقیناً یہ حق ہے آپ کے رب کی طرف سے لیکن اکثر لوگ ایمان لانے والے نہیں ہیں

Commentary
آیت 17 اَفَمَنْ کَانَ عَلٰی بَیِّنَۃٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّہٖ بَیِّنَۃ واضح دلیل سے مراد انسان کی فطرت سلیمہ ہے۔ انسان کے اندر جو روح ربانی پھونکی گئی ہے اس کی وجہ سے اللہ کی معرفت اس کے اندر موجود ہے۔ مگر یہ معرفتِ الٰہی انسان کے اندر خوابیدہ dormant ہوتی ہے۔ پھر جب وحی کے ذریعے واضح ہدایت اس تک پہنچتی ہے تو وہ خوابیدہ معرفت فوراً جاگ جاتی ہے۔وَیَتْلُوْہُ شَاہِدٌ مِّنْہُ یعنی ایک سلیم الفطرت شخص جس کو خود اپنے وجود میں اور زمین و آسمان کی ساخت اور کائنات کے نظم و نسق میں توحید باری تعالیٰ کی واضح شہادت مل رہی تھی ‘ جب اس کے پاس قرآن کی صورت میں اللہ کی طرف سے ایک گواہی بھی آگئی ‘ تو یہ ”نورٌ علٰی نورٍ“ والا معاملہ ہوگیا۔ اور پھر اس پر مستزاد تورات کی تصدیق۔ وَمِنْ قَبْلِہٖ کِتٰبُ مُوْسٰٓی اِمَامًا وَّرَحْمَۃً ایسا سلیم الفطرت شخص کیونکر ایمان نہیں لائے گا ؟ یہ تمثیل زیادہ وضاحت کے ساتھ سورة النور میں بیان ہوئی ہے۔وَمَنْ یَّکْفُرْ بِہٖ مِنَ الْاَحْزَابِ فَالنَّارُ مَوْعِدُہٗ تو اب جو بھی اس کتاب کے منکر ہوں چاہے وہ مشرکین مکہ میں سے ہوں ‘ دوسرے کفار میں سے ‘ یا اہل کتاب میں سے ‘ ان کا موعود ٹھکانا بس دوزخ ہے۔
