  3. اَنْۢبَآءِخبروں میں سے ہے
  4. الْقُرٰیبستوں کی
  5. نَقُصُّهٗہم بیان کرتے ہیں اس کو
  6. عَلَیْكَآپ پر
  7. مِنْهَاان میں سے
  8. قَآىِٕمٌکچھ قائم ہیں۔ کچھ کھڑی ہیں
  9. وَّحَصِیْدٌاور کچھ کٹ چکی ہیں۔ اجڑ چکی ہیں

یہ چند بستیوں کی سرگزشت ہے جو ہم تمہیں سنا رہے ہیں ان میں سے بعض اب بھی کھڑی ہیں اور بعض کی فصل کٹ چکی ہے

یہ ہیں ان بڑی بڑی بستیوں کی کچھ اہم خبریں جو ہم آپ کو سنا رہے ہیں ان میں ایسی بھی ہیں جو ابھی قائم ہیں اور ایسی بھی ہیں جو بالکل ختم ہوگئیں

Commentary

آیت 100 ذٰلِكَ مِنْ اَنْۢبَاۗءِ الْقُرٰي نَقُصُّهٗ عَلَيْكَ مِنْهَا قَاۗىِٕمٌ وَّحَصِيْدٌحَصِیْدٌ کا لفظ اس کھیت کے لیے استعمال ہوتا ہے جس کی فصل کاٹ لی گئی ہو۔ فصل کے کٹنے کے بعد کھیت میں جو ویرانی کا منظر ہوتا ہے اس کے ساتھ عذاب استیصال سے تباہ شدہ بستیوں کو تشبیہہ دی گئی ہے۔ پھر ان بستیوں میں کچھ تو ایسی ہیں جن کا نام و نشان تک مٹ چکا ہے مگر بعض ایسی بھی ہیں جن کے آثار کو باقی رکھا گیا ہے۔ مثلاً قوم عاد کی آبادیوں کا کوئی نشان تک نہیں ملتا جس سے معلوم ہو سکے کہ یہ قوم کہاں آبادتھی اگرچہ حال ہی میں سیٹلائٹ کے ذریعے ان کے شہر اور شداد کی جنت کے کچھ آثار زیر زمین ملنے کا دعویٰ سامنے آیا ہے۔ دوسری طرف قوم ثمود کے مکانات کے کھنڈرات آج تک موجود ہیں۔
