یہ ہے وہ بات جس پر انجیر و زیتون کے علاقے یعنی شام و فلسطین اور کوہِ طور اور مکّہ کے پُرامن شہر کی قسم کھائی گئی ہے ۔ انسان کے بہترین ساخت پر پیدا کیے جانے کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ اُس کو وہ اعلیٰ درجہ کا جِسم عطا کیا گیا ہے جو کسی دوسری جاندار مخلوق کو نہیں دیا گیا، اور اُسے فکر و فہم اور علم و عقل وہ بلند پایہ قابلیتیں بخشی گئی ہیں جو کسی دوسری مخلوق کو نہیں بخشی گئیں۔ پھر چونکہ نوعِ انسانی کے اس فضل و کما ل کا سب سے زیادہ بلند نمونہ انبیاء علیہم السلام ہیں اور کسی مخلوق کے لیے اس سے اونچا کوئی مرتبہ نہیں ہو سکتا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اُسے منصبِ نبوّت عطا کرنے کے لیے منتخب فرمائے، اِس لیے انسان کے احسنِ تقویم ہونے کی شہادت میں اُن مقامات کی قسمیں کھائی گئی ہیں جو خدا کے پیغمبروں سے نسبت رکھتے ہیں۔ شام و فلسطین کا علاقہ وہ علاقہ ہے جہاں حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام سے لے کر حضرت عیسیٰ ؑ تک بکثرت انبیاء مبعوث ہوئے۔ کوہِ طور وہ مقام ہے جہاں حضرت موسیٰ ؑ کو نبوّت عطا کی گئی۔ رہا مکّہ معظمہ تو اس بنا ہی حضرت ابراہیم ؑ اور حضرت اسماعیل ؑ کے ہاتھوں پڑی، انہی کی بدولت وہ عرب کا مقدس ترین مرکزی شہر بنا، حضرت ابراہیم ؑ ہی نے یہ دعا مانگی تھی کہ رَبِّ اجْعَل ھٰذَا بَلَدًا اٰمِناً، ”اے میرے ربّ، اِس کو ایک پُرامن شہر بنا“(البقرہ۔ 12۶)۔ اور اسی دعا کی یہ برکت تھی کہ ربّ نے ہر طرف پھیلی ہوئی بد امنی کے درمیان کے صرف یہی ایک شہر ڈھائی ہزار سال سے امن کا گہوارہ بنا ہوا تھا۔ پس کلام کا مقصود یہ ہے کہ ہم نے نوعِ انسانی کو ایسی بہترین ساخت پر بنایا کہ اِس میں نبوت جیسے عظیم مرتبے کے حامل انسان پیدا ہوئے۔
