Commentary
آیت 8{ وَاَمَّا مَنْم بَخِلَ } ”اور جس نے بخل کیا“ پہلی تین خصوصیات کی ترتیب ذہن میں رکھیے اور نوٹ کیجیے کہ ”اِعطاء“ کے مقابلے میں یہاں بخل آگیا ہے۔ { وَاسْتَغْنٰی۔ } ”اور بےپروائی اختیار کی۔“ بھلائی اور خیر کے راستے کی تین خصوصیات میں اعطاء کے بعد تقویٰ یعنی پھونک پھونک کر قدم رکھنے اور ذمہ داری کے احساس کا بیان تھا۔ اس کے مقابلے یہاں لاابالی پن ‘ لاپرواہی اور بےنیازی استغناء کا تذکرہ ہے۔ گویا ایک شخص حلال و حرام کی تمیز سے ناآشنا اور نیکی و بدی کے تصور سے بیگانہ اپنی دھن میں مست چلا جا رہا ہے۔ کسی کے جذبات کو ٹھیس پہنچتی ہے تو اس کی بلا سے ‘ کسی کی عزت پر حرف آتا ہے تو آتا رہے ‘ کسی کے جان و مال کی حرمت پامال ہوتی ہے تو بھی پروا نہیں ! غرض اپنی سوچ ہے ‘ اپنی مرضی ہے اور اپنے کام سے کام ہے : ؎دریا کو اپنی موج کی طغیانیوں سے کام کشتی کسی کی پار ہو یا درمیاں رہے !
