بے شک راستہ بتانا ہمارے ذمّہ ہے،1

یعنی انسان کا خالق ہونے کی حیثیت سے اللہ تعالیٰ نے خود اپنی حکمت، اپنے عدل اور اپنی رحمت کی بنا پر اِس بات کا ذمّہ لیا ہے کہ اُس کو دنیا میں بے خبر نہ چھوڑے بلکہ اسے یہ بتا دے کہ راہِ راست کون سی ہے اور غلط راہیں کونسی، نیکی کیا ہے اور بدی کیا ، حلال کیا ہے اور حرام کیا، کونسی روش اختیار کر کے وہ فرمانبردار بند ہ بنے گا اور کون سا رویّہ اختیار کر کے بندۂ نافرمان بن جائے گا ۔ یہی بات ہے جسے سُورۂ نحل میں یوں بیان فرمایا گیا ہے کہ وَعَلَی اللہِ قَصْدُ السَّبِیْلِ وَمِنْھَا جَآ ئِرٌ (آیت 9)۔ ”اور اللہ ہی کے ذمّہ ہے سیدھا راستہ بتانا جبکہ راستے ٹیڑھے بھی موجود ہیں “۔ (تشریح کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن ، جلد دوم، النحل، حاشیہ 9)۔

Commentary
آیت 12{ اِنَّ عَلَیْنَا لَلْہُدٰی۔ } ”دیکھو انسانو ! یقینا ہمارے ذمے ہے ہدایت پہنچا دینا۔“ اپنے مضمون کے اعتبار سے یہ بہت اہم آیت ہے۔ اس میں واضح طور پر بتادیا گیا ہے کہ انسان کو سیدھا راستہ دکھانا اور ”ہدایت“ اس تک پہنچانا اللہ تعالیٰ کے ذمہ ہے۔ اس کے لیے اللہ تعالیٰ نے انسان کو جبلی ہدایت بھی عطا کی ہے ‘ اس کے نفس کے اندراخلاقی حس بھی الہام کردی ہے۔ اس کے اندر اپنی روح بھی پھونکی ہے جو اللہ تعالیٰ کی معرفت اور محبت کی امین ہے اور پھر اس ہدایت و معرفت کی تکمیل کے لیے اس نے دنیا میں پیغمبر بھی بھیجے اور کتابیں بھی نازل کیں۔ گویا اللہ تعالیٰ نے کئی ذرائع سے انسان کو راہ ہدایت دکھانے کا اہتمام فرما دیا ہے۔
