- مَانہیں ہے

- الْمُحْسِنِیْنَاحسان کرنے والوں پر

- سَبِیْلٍ ؕکوئی راہ۔ کوئی مواخذہ
- وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
- غَفُوْرٌغفور

Bayan-ul-Quran
کچھ گناہ (اور الزام) نہیں ضعیفوں پر نہ بیماروں پر اور نہ ہی ان لوگوں پر جن کے پاس خرچ کرنے کے لیے کچھ نہیں جبکہ وہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ کے ساتھ مخلص ہوں ایسے محسنین پر کوئی الزام نہیں اور اللہ غفور اور رحیم ہے

Commentary
آیت 91 لَیْسَ عَلَی الضُّعَفَآءِ وَلاَ عَلَی الْمَرْضٰی وَلاَ عَلَی الَّذِیْنَ لاَ یَجِدُوْنَ مَا یُنْفِقُوْنَ حَرَجٌ آخر اتنا طویل سفر کرنے کے لیے ضروری تھا کہ آدمی تندرست و توانا ہو ‘ اس کے پاس سواری کا انتظام ہو ‘ راستے میں کھانے پینے اور دوسری ضروریات کے لیے سامان مہیا ہو ‘ لیکن اگر کوئی شخص ضعیف ہے ‘ بیمار ہے ‘ یا اس قدر نادار ہے کہ سفر کے اخراجات کے لیے اس کے پاس کچھ بھی نہیں تو اللہ کی نظر میں وہ واقعتا مجبور و معذور ہے۔ لہٰذا ایسے لوگوں سے کوئی مؤاخذہ نہیں۔ ان کو اس بات کا کوئی الزام نہیں دیا جاسکتا۔اِذَا نَصَحُوْا لِلّٰہِ وَرَسُوْلِہٖ ط مَا عَلَی الْمُحْسِنِیْنَ مِنْ سَبِیْلٍط وَاللّٰہُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ یعنی مندرجہ بالا وجوہات میں سے کسی وجہ سے کوئی شخص واقعی معذور ہے مگر سچا اور پکا مومن ہے ‘ خلوصِ دل سے اللہ اور اس کے رسول کا وفادار ہے ‘ اس کا دین درجۂ احسان تک پہنچا ہوا ہے ‘ تو ایسے صاحب ایمان اور محسن لوگوں پر کوئی ملامت نہیں۔
