فَلَمَّاۤپھر جب
اٰتٰىهُمْاس نے دیا ان کو
مِّنْسے
فَضْلِهٖاپنے فضل سے
بَخِلُوْاوہ بخل کرنے لگے
بِهٖساتھ اس کے
وَتَوَلَّوْااور وہ منہ موڑ گئے
وَّهُمْاور وہ
مُّعْرِضُوْنَمنہ موڑنے والے ہیں
۟

Tafheem-ul-Quran

مگر جب اللہ نے اپنے فضل سے ان کو دولتمند کر دیا تو وہ بُخل پر اُتر آئے اور اپنے عہد سے ایسے پھرے کہ اُنہیں اس کی پروا تک نہیں ہے۔¹

اوپر کی آیت میں ان منافقین کی جس کافر نعمتی و محسن کشی پر ملامت کی گئی تھی اس کا ایک اور ثبوت خود انہی کی زندگیوں سے پیش کر کے یہاں واضح کیا گیا ہے کہ دراصل یہ لوگ عادی مجرم ہیں ، ان کے ضابطۂ اخلاقی میں شکر، اعترافِ نعمت، اور پاس عہد جیسی خوبیوں کا کہیں نام و نشان تک نہیں پایا جاتا۔
