- وَاِنْاور اگر
- اَحَدٌکوئی ایک
- مِّنَسے
- الْمُشْرِكِیْنَمشرکین میں سے
- اسْتَجَارَكَپناہ مانگے تم سے
- فَاَجِرْهُتم پناہ دے دو اس کو
- حَتّٰییہاں تک کہ
- یَسْمَعَوہ سن لے
- كَلٰمَکلام
- اللّٰهِاللہ کا
- ثُمَّپھر
- اَبْلِغْهُپہنچا دو اس کو
- مَاْمَنَهٗ ؕاس کی جائے امن میں
- ذٰلِكَیہ
- بِاَنَّهُمْبوجہ اس کے کہ بیشک وہ
- قَوْمٌایسے لوگ ہیں
- لَّانہیں
- یَعْلَمُوْنَجو علم رکھتے

Tafheem-ul-Quran
اور اگر مشرکین میں سے کوئی شخص پناہ مانگ کر تمہارے پاس آنا چاہے ( تاکہ اللہ کا کلام سُنے) تو اُسے پناہ دے دو یہاں تک کہ وہ اللہ کا کلام سُن لے۔ پھر اُسے اس کے مامن تک پہنچا دو، یہ اِس لیے کرنا چاہیے کہ یہ لوگ علم نہیں رکھتے۔1

یعنی دورانِ جنگ میں اگر کوئی دشمن تم سے درخواست کرے کہ میں اسلام کو سمجھنا چاہتا ہوں تو مسلمانوں کو چاہیے کہ اسے امان دے کر اپنے ہاں آ نے کا موقع دیں اور اسے سمجھائیں، پھر اگر وہ قبول نہ کرے تو اسے اپنی حفاظت میں اس کے ٹھکانے تک واپس پہنچا دیں۔ فقہ اسلامی میں ایسے شخص کو جو امان لے کر دارالاسلام میں آئے مُسامِن کہا جاتا ہے۔
