  1. اِلَّااگر نہیں
  2. تَنْفِرُوْاتم نکلو گے
  3. یُعَذِّبْكُمْعذاب دے گا تم کو
  4. عَذَابًاعذاب
  5. اَلِیْمًا ۙ۬دردناک
  6. وَّیَسْتَبْدِلْاور بدل دے گا
  7. قَوْمًاایک قوم کو
  8. غَیْرَكُمْتمہارے علاوہ
  9. وَلَااور نہیں
  10. تَضُرُّوْهُتم نقصان دے سکتے اس کو
  11. شَیْـًٔا ؕکچھ بھی
  12. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
  13. عَلٰیاوپر
  14. كُلِّہر
  15. شَیْءٍچیز کے
  16. قَدِیْرٌقدرت رکھنے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تم نہ اُٹھو گے تو خدا تمہیں دردناک سزا دے گا،1 اور تمہاری جگہ کسی اور گروہ کو اُٹھائے گا،2 اور تم خدا کا کچھ بھی نہ بگاڑ سکو گے، وہ ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھتا ہے

  1. اسی سے یہ مسئلہ نکلا ہے کہ جب تک نفیر عام (جنگی خدمت کے لیے عام بلاوا) نہ ہو، یا جب تک کسی علاقے کی مسلم آبادی یا مسلمانوں کے کسی گروہ کو جہاد کے لیے نکلنے کا حکم نہ دیا جائے، اس وقت تک تو جہاد فرض کفایہ رہتا ہے ، یعنی اگر کچھ لوگ اسے ادا کرتے رہیں تو باقی لوگوں پر سے اس کی فرضیت ساقط  ہو جاتی ہے ۔ لیکن جب امام المسلمین کی طرف سے مسلمانوں کو جہاد کا عام بلاوا ہو جائے، یا کسی خاص گروہ یا خاص علاقے کی آبادی کو بلاوا دے دیا جائے تو ، پھر جنہیں بلاوا دیا گیا ہو ان پر جہاد فرض عین ہے، حتٰی کہ جو شخص کسی حقیقی معذوری کےبغیر نہ نکلے ا س کاایمان تک معتبر نہیں ہے۔

  2. یعنی خدا کا کام  کچھ تم  منحصر نہیں ہے کہ تم کرو گے تو ہو گا ورنہ نہ ہو گا۔ درحقیقت یہ تو خدا کا فضل و احسان ہے کہ وہ تمہیں اپنے دین کی خدمت کا زرین موقع دے رہا ہے۔ اگر تم اپنی نادانی سے اس موقع کو کھو دو گے تو خدا کسی اور قوم کو اس کی توفیق بخش دے گا اور تم نامراد  رہ جاؤگے۔

اگر تم نہیں نکلو گے (اللہ کی راہ میں تو) وہ تمہیں عذاب دے گا دردناک عذاب اور تمہیں ہٹا کر کسی اور قوم کو لے آئے گا اور تم اس کا کچھ بھی نقصان نہیں کرسکو گے اور اللہ ہرچیز پر قادر ہے

Commentary

آیت 39 اِلاَّ تَنْفِرُوْا یُعَذِّبْکُمْ عَذَابًا اَلِیْمًالا وَّیَسْتَبْدِلْ قَوْمًا غَیْرَکُمْ وَلاَ تَضُرُّوْہُ شَیْءًا ط اللہ کو تو اپنے دین کا جھنڈا اٹھوانا ہے ‘ اگر تم نہیں اٹھاؤ گے تو تمہیں ہٹا کر اس مقصد کے لیے کسی اور قوم کو آگے لے آئے گا۔
